Excellent service the two Engineers worked from 9.00 - 6.00 to install a new System in freezing conditions.
It was complicated because they were replacing an old system. New one is very smart and works really well.
Yes these systems are expensive but worth it. Great service - thank you.

Exceptional service from telephone call to sorting our emergency. I telephoned at 11.15 on a Saturday - spoke directly to Tony who arranged for a call out to resolve our malfunctioning gate issue …. Within an hour and a half the issue was resolved and my panic over! Jay was so helpful and thorough … would unhesitatingly recommend and will be using the company again.

Our electric gate stopped working on Wed morning. I contacted Electric Gate Repair London late morning and they had an engineer with us by 230pm. Very impressive service throughout. A clear pricing structure with no hidden extras. Jay was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained everything to us very clearly and really went out of his way to help. Couldn't recommend him any more, he was fantastic!

He had a pragmatic, methodical and careful approach when on site to the issues that he found and dealt with them all. I did not need all works doing that had been initially scoped so there was then an excellent follow up from accounts on refunding monies owed.

Our gate failed to close in the middle of Friday afternoon. The office responded immediately and fixed for Jay the technician to contact me and fixed to come Saturday morning. He efficiently fixed the issue and fully explained everything. An excellent service, I fully recommend the company.

They've been super helpful on the phone and via emails at the first stage just to assess the problem with my gate (saving me hundreds of £ for call out).They ordered a new board and at agreed date the engineer arrived on time and fixed my gate in a couple of hours. He also cleaned all the parts and did the maintenance.

They measured twice, checked and double checked that they would fit, or need to be retrofitted.

Fantastic experience from the moment I called and made my enquiry and book our service in. Engineer was highly knowledgeable and talked us through all aspects of the service required and why. Top notch service guy!
