My order was delayed with months after which i cancelled it. Now months later, i am still waiting on my money. This is a fraudulent company and they will steal your money, never purchase here.

This is a scammer company. It will always reply as they will deliver in 2 to 4 weeks but it will never happen. If you try to cancel, they will directly deduct the cancellation fee from the original amount, which is against the European consumer rights 2011/83.

I have to start the legal proceedings, which is such an effort.

Be careful! Do not buy anything from them! It's just a scam! They take your money and keep delaying the order - you will never get what you paid for!
I reported that online fraud to Police and to FraudHelpDesk.nl. Everyone who was scammed by them, should do the same!!

Ordered a bosch gas hob a few months ago. It took weekly follow up emails for months. The order did arrive (so don’t give up) but that was a lot of work. It took so long I already purchased a new one as I thought it would never arrive. Now stuck with two bosch gas hobs. One brand new in a box and one installed from another supplier. Really avoid at all costs. Will likely just resell and recoup some cash.

Whatever the offer and the price, do not order here!!! They are hoaxes, just taking people's money and never delivering. I waited 5 months for the reimbursement. With the complaints and actions they have against, I don't know how they still exist in 2024 in Belgium. The state is not doing their job neither. Do not order, it's a hoax!

The worst experience ever!! After more than two months we ordered 3 appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher), and payed in advance, nobody from the customer services has contacted us! We tried several times to reach the customer via phone but it was impossible (voicemail and no return calls!). We also tried via email and the standard answer was ''you can choose an alternative product...''!! We wanted of course the products we ordered and paid for!! Very very disappointed, we would give actually a negative rating below zero!! We are seriously considering contacting consumer rights authorities!

Scam!!!
I purchased a washing machine in July 2023.
1st step: they do not send you any update.
2nd step: once you ask for updates, they inform you that there are delays.
3rd step: after many delays, you ask for reimbursement
4th step: they disappear.
I don't understand how they can still keep cheating and scamming.

Indeed, very long waiting time for the delivery, and we could no longer wait. And the company refunded me in full in May.

They never delivered my order, when i canceled, they never returned my money and stopped answers to emails. Phone number is always busy.
I sent emails to the police of Malle and to the municipailty. Im also going to contact the Europeen consumer center. Such scam must not exist in Europe.

I ordered oven from Dec 2023 I didn't reserved yet they are very bad company .
I ask my money back they didn't send it .
You can't contact with them just stupid robot.

Absolute catastrophy. I paid on 17 February 2024 an item that is in stock at the manufacturer and that has still not been delivered more than a month later despite emailing several times. I should have ordered directly from Novy or a certified retailer.

Don't buy anything from them. Real scammers!
I'm being their hostage since Dember 2023, as I ordered and payed 3 different appliances.
They keep inventing excuses for the missed delivery. I've asked to cancel my orders and they say they can't do...so I don't get refunded neither.

Initiated an official claim via test aankoop but doesn't seem to help.

Please do not ever buy anything here! I should have done my research before placing an order with these thieves as there are a lot of reports and reviews online from many other victims having the same or a similar experience with them, wherein you order, pay, get no delivery, seek contact, contact is only possible via WhatsApp or email, the reaction is auto-reply and the answers are vague and the delivery week is extended every time you inquire. No reply after requesting a refund. Legal action will be taken by me and should be taken by everyone who has been robbed,

terrible terrible service. its been alreasy 4 weeks i have orderd a kitchen chimney. no news of delivery yet. do not ever buy products from this webshop.

Elektro Lommelen is 100% running a shady business! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Took us 6 months with a lawyer to get our money back which costs us an extra 500 euros. What a joke the people that run this company are. BECAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY!

Don't buy here. They must be close to bankruptcy or they are scammers. Their telephones are disconnected and they recently had a inspection from consumer authorities from Belgium. Public Prosecutor is informed, but says they cannot act yet.
This is our experience:
8 weeks after renouncing to our purchase (within the 14 days we had the right to) they haven't sent our money back!
We bought a washing machine from them which delivery time was 5 working days.
One week later, they wrote us to inform that the washing machine could take up to 10 weeks to arrive and they offered other alternatives.
After reading this and seeing how bad were their reviews, we decided to renounce to our purchase within 14 days, following the purchase renounce process they have.
They accepted the renounce and said that the transfer was in process, but we haven't received the refund yet.
We keep writing them every day.

Hello Lommelen! Sorry to see that you removed yourself from Google Reviews but no worries I am back here to tell everyone our little story!

So as everyone says, do not order from them as they wont send you anything aside fake updates (if you are lucky). Though if you did, please contact the Belgium minister of commerce to tell them they are a fraud so more cases will allow these guys to go to court for stealing people.
Also for your money, don't hesitate to contact debt collectors. I did that it took a bit of time but I finally had my money back at the end.

Hopefully, these people will have to answer for their acts. I can only wish everyone who have been in my position to finally have their money back and these scammers to be where they have to be.
