They are scam website. Didnt get my order, didnt get money back, they dont answer to my eamils anymore.

I Ordered an extractor hood and canceled it after a week but I haven't received my money back after 3 months. just avoid buying anything from them. The delivery is bad, the customer service is bad. just don't put yourself in trouble for a cheaper offer.

This is a SCAM company and I am wondering why they have not been arrested.
I ordered a TV and paid 843 euro since October 11th, they did not deliver the TV and I asked for a refund and till today, they have not refunded my money. They nolonger respond to my emails

It took me several weeks before receiving something that was supposed to be on stock according to the website. When I receive the box, it mentioned right the reference number of the Siemens fridge that I had ordered. When I open the box I discovered that they had put another type of fridge i.e. a Bosch instead of my Siemens !!!!!! Which is of course much cheaper than the one I did pay and order

This is a warning! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If you do ignore this review, it is your own fault. I was scammed by them and many others have been too. They are not a legitimate company and they will take your money and not communicate with you again. AGAIN, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Dishonest, no customer service, lousy excuses, phone number is a chatbox. It is 2 months now i am waiting for my money back. Their terms and conditions say they'll reimburse within 14 days. Total false advertisement. Their latest excuse was an accounting issue which will delay even more the reimbursement. Crooks. Avoid, run!

Worst place ever. They changed delivery date several times and now 1 year after I paid and order I m still waiting for either the material or my money back. Test achats lawyers are involved

There is no possibility to give zero stars. The biggest mistake in my life was to buy from this company. Scammers all the way. Never respond to any communication channel. I bought my fridge 2 months ago...not only that I can not cancel my order, they totaly ignore me. At this point, I am filing a report to the police, I hope to see my money back, because I am sure I will never see the fridge.

I have to say that my experience with Elektro Lommelen was more than excelent. After reading the reviews I got a bit scared but they answered my questions within hours and they delivered my ordered products in the expected waiting time. I had to wait only 3 weeks for my order to be delivered and everything was in perfect condition. The delivery guy was really helpful as well.

Easy ordering process and delivery within expectations. Only would suggest better communication to client on order and delivery phases. After you ordered, there is non update on when you can expect th delivery. That would have given you 5 stars

It takes long to receive my hood. I can not track the logistics and feel very uneasy about the after-sales service.

It was the most horrible experience that I've ever had with a vendor:
1. The order was continuously delayed every 3 weeks, for almost 6 months.
2. As the order was placed as a consumer, I asked for a cancelation and a refund - they didn't respond at times via email, and when they did, they refused a cancellation and refund
3. Out of frustration, I opened a case with ECC Nederland, and within 3 weeks of ECC intervening, they cancelled the order and gave me a refund

They are thiefs, do not order from this company. Do not trust their website and don't do any downpayment. I bought 3 ovens in January 2023 which were supposed to be available but were actually out of stock. 2 months later they were still out of stock so I cancelled the order. Until today I didn't receive the refund of the downpayment of 1.970 euro. Each time they reply to my email that they will look into it, but no further action is taken.
Update on November 20: we received the refund on October 24, so 7 months after cancellation of the order and most probably thanks to the review above...

Arrived in a week

They are scammers, do not order from this company. I ordered back in April to support my kitchen renovation. As the order was so backordered I had to cancel and order from another company. I have been trying to get a refund since. My mails are either ignored entirely or I am told they will "manually review". It has been since May that they have been "reviewing."

horrible experience!
I ordered a freezer in February. I contacted them every month, and was told they were out of stock and that I would receive my delivery the following month. After countless emails they finally accepted to cancel my order but I am still waiting to receive the refund since a couple weeks. No answer to my emails about the refund. Stay away from this company!!!

The service is pretty bad. It took me more than one month to get the device I ordered.

Avoid elektrolommelen at all cost. Do not trust their website. I bought a fridge early July 2023 which was supposed to be available but was actually out of stock. They could not even offer me a replacement fridge with the right size. They told me that they would only refund 75 % of the cost because I ordered it as a company (which is not true). Two months later, they had still not refund anything and they do not reply anymore to my mails. Their phone number is also not working.

Order placed 2 months ago, never got any news and communication with the company is pitiful. No information on delays and when I ask to get reimbursed, it is a bunch of hurdles to get things done. They make everything complicated so as to not reimburse you. DO NOT order from them... I should have read more reviews before placing my order. They are either highly unorganized or simply scammers.
