Ordered size 7 boots. When not received contacted Elena Claire to be told they were out of stock. I was refunded £44.99 but not the postage. How can that be right when they were not delivered. Disappointed.

They don't send your order they don't respond to emails and when I did send something about my order they just gave me back my money and just horrible customer service I do not recommend

Not only do they provide quick and timely service but they also reply promptly and thoughtfully to any questions or queries you may have.

Good customer service, and I love my boots

I ordered a pair of 'water resistant' boots. However, simply walking across wet grass left my feet absolutely soaking. I contacted customer services via both the online contact form and by email but had no reply to either of my messages. I would not have bought the boots if I had known they were not waterproof. This company have misrepresented their products, which is bad enough, made worse by totally ignoring my enquiry about the matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some slippers and the sizing is ridiculous, they are about 4 sizes smaller than advertised for slippers that are allegedly sizes 40/41 and 42/43 & suitable for people with swollen feet. I don’t actually know anyone with small enough feet to wear them! Have requested a refund and the company are refusing to pay return postage even though under the circumstances they are obliged to. I feel 100% scammed right now.

I ordered my shoes and after 10 days they still had not arrived (unusual because I have purchased before)so I emailed them and within 5days another pair of shoes arrived.great customer service and very prompt.Thank you Elena Claire

The boots are very warm and comfortable but NOT waterproof. Even walking through fairly short damp grass for a couple of steps and the wet can be felt on my toes.

Great service and the boots came quickly.
I was disappointed with the boots as they are too wide and do not support my feet. It was only through dog walking that I realised this so too late to return them. So not as comfortable as I had hoped.
However they are lovely boots and I was pleased with the online order experience.

Took my dog for a walk on a rainy day, came home with very wet feet although these boots are supposed to be waterproof. Sadly boots went straight in bin, just a waste of money.

Truly awful experience. Ordered size 8, sent size 9, still too short. Company agreed they had sizing problems. Kept the boots, stupidly. After three weeks, boots were soaking on dewy grass, no rain, totally wet feet. Contacted company. Willing to refund if boots were resellable. Not really! Boots are badly sized, uncomfortable and not water repellent. Do not buy.

I really find these boots comfortable!
I have back issues so my feet are now permanently sore but these boots are so comfy and cosy. I now need a wide fitting and find these boots accommodate that with no issue.
Highly recommend. Will be buying another pair to wear indoors over the winter!

Great product. Easy to put on with sibe zip. They are a lovely colour and there's a great choice. Fast delivery. Excellent communication. Great all round experience.

The waterproof boots arrived quickly, and are so warm and comfy. The size I chose is slightly bigger than my normal size, as they do come up a little small.

I have ordered several shoes and one previous pair of boots because they were wide enough for my swollen ankles when they wore out I ordered another pair of boots which weren't wide enough I couldn't do the zip up you should bring back the ones with the elastic over the button.
