These shoes fit my small but wide feet really well. I’ve been wearing the first pair I bought since 2019, right through lockdown, as my indoor/garden shoes and they are still going strong. Been through the washing machine a couple of times too!

I love my shoes I bought on Facebook. I now have 3 pairs and I get lots of compliments. I have recommended lots of my friends and they also love their shoes.
It’s like wearing slippers they are so comfortable and I love the fact you can machine wash them.

Thought I had already sent a review, very happy with the shoes…hv had same style for many years now. Only thing I do is put more supportive insoles in …thank you again and would definitely recommend

I received my order of two pairs of shoes within 5 days of ordering. Sadly the size 8s were rather tight on me, so I sent them back on 12th September and they were delivered to your Bournemouth address the next day. I asked for them to be changed for a size 9, I didn’t hear anymore until the 22nd September when an email came asking me to ‘tell us about your experience’.
So I replied to the email explaining that I hadn’t had my shoes replaced since sending them back 10 days ago. A very nice guy named Ollie replied saying he was very sorry and he had sent my replacement shoes by first class post. They arrived the very next day on 23rd Sept. Thank you 😊

I now have 8 pairs of Mary Jane's, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I have had similar shoes from a High Street shop and they were not as comfortable. I suffer from metatarsalgia which gives me crippling pain - not with these shoes and I can wear them pain-free without my orthotic inserts. Speedy delivery and minimal packaging - can't recommend them enough.

Shoes arrived very promptly. They were a little small for me so returned and ordered a size up.

This is a good site, quick delivery, both my daughters have now purchased shoes and are very happy with them. The only negative l would say is that as l have mobility problems and can't bend so have difficulty getting the shoes on. The shoes themselves though are very comfy.

Had to get two more pairs after wearing my first Elena Claire shoes right through! Most comfortable shoes I've had in years. Many compliments and people interested in them. Pleased with fast delivery and minimal packaging. Glad to be supporting education around the world too.

After much searching I finally found my favourite Mary Jane woven shoes on the Elena Claire website at a great price almost £20 cheaper than similar Sketchers etc. Ordering was easy and shoes arrived within a few days. Delighted with purchase and will most certainly be using this company again.

I'm afraid they are not as wide as I thought, because the Velcro fastening is too short . Also the front piece is cut very low . I've decided to keep to wear indoors as I can't get out to return .
Very disappointed .
If you have Velcro extensions these will help . I have a very small but wide foot .

I'm really disappointed with these shoes. I have problems with my feet and was excited to think that I might have found a comfy pair. The shoes didn't fit well at all, my toes were squashed against the front of the shoe and I was relieved to take them off

Shoes were good. I have trouble with finding shoes to fit as I have small wide feet. I found that these did fit apart from the strap not reaching all of the Velcro. I have a high instep which makes things difficult.

I had to buy sticky Velcro to attach to the strap in order for the shoes to fit properly.

I would of given 5 stars if high instep was also taken in to consideration.
