Went there to buy a power supply that was on they're
homepage150 Dkk, could not order it in the store only on web page. Was charged 59 in shipping.
Then the price is NOT 150 but 209Dkk. Stupide.
Det var jo netop det jeg ikke kunne, den blev kun solgt på nettet, så var nødt til at betale 59kr mere hvis jeg ville have den.
Derfor er prisen på varen 209 og ikke 150.

Hvis man vil have sin vare leveret er det ganske almindeligt at der forekommer et fragtgebyr. Varepriser ændres ikke af den grund, da man naturligvis kun betaler for levering én gang pr. ordre.

TV broken after 1 month of purchase
Had a brand new tv from there and it stopped to work just 1 month after. They have it until this day in service (one month in service) and they refuse to refund or replace it. Not even the serviced tv status is known after 1 month! Crap service not recommended. I visited the store 2 times to be sent away with no resolution but to wait...

The reason the unit was not exchanged is that the fault occurred outside the return period. However, please rest assured that we are committed to assisting you in the best possible way, either through a repair or, if that is not possible, a replacement.
In this case, the service workshop has assessed the unit and completed the necessary repairs. According to our information, the TV is currently on its way back to our store in Roskilde. You will receive an update as soon as it has arrived and is ready for collection.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
We have also promised to compensate for the inconvenience once the TV has returned, and we are looking forward for you to contact us afterwards.
