Very happy with my choice. Fits better in the cover compared to my old cheap duvet inner. Does still have a sheepy smell, but I find it quite nice.
I imagine the smell will disappear with time

Great product. Dropped a star because customer service could have been better at communicating a delay in shipping.

Awesome product! Crap communication from them. Understood that products were made to order but bought online then waited for five weeks to show up, an email or two explaining delay would have been appreciated, would have been one star if their product wasn’t so damn good.

Excellent quality, so well made and oh so warm. Coupled with fleecy sheets it’s too delicious and hard to get out of bed! So pleased with my purchase! Some delay in delivery but when I called to enquire about this a very pleasant lady was quick smart onto it and sorted everything out. My mum bought duvet from here years ago which is still fantastic but for a single bed only. I looked at the tag on the duvet to track the makers down, so glad I did as this winter will be cozy as!

The duvue itself its amazing BUT there was such a hold up (about 4 weeks) in which I had to email to ask what was going on. I felt like it would never arrive or I had been ripped off perhaps. But the Alpaca duvue itself is incredible once the came. Thanks

I already have 2 of these blankets and love them. So I decided I should get one as a gift for a friend coming for a long stay from Fiji.
She is very small, so getting a queen size is excessive, but she loves it keeps her warm, wraps around. She is happy.

The product is excellent but I had to wait a month for delivery.You advertised the product and I believed it was in stock.I contacted you... after 2 weeks to be told you would be making it in about a week.If the product wasn't so good I would of cancelled the order...after all we pay top $

Got what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time and much better buying NZ made than cheap imports that might last a few months if you're lucky.

Always very high quality

It took me more than one month to get my ordered inner duvet. Actually it was nearly 5 weeks before I received this item while the message I got from your company promising roughly 2 weeks before this product was delivered. I had many nights waking up at midnight simply because of the light continental quilt I had at that time. Nobody contacted me to explain why it was delayed until I wrote to complain. What bad services!

Very happy in the end just a gentle reminder as i had not heard anything back from them. but after one email all was fixed. Thanks.

i purchased a king size 600gsm wool duvet inner (my second one), best investment ever! these are great, dont need an electric blanket over winter at all! and got it at half price which made it even better!

The quality of their products are the best I’ve experienced. I have brought 6 different brands of pillows over the past few years and without hesitation, these are the best regarding quality and value for money, they have lasted the longest by far.

I ordered the Queenstown duvet and I really do enjoy it. It’s incredibly warm and cozy. My review is more about the company itself... they estimate 2 weeks for your product to arrive but 90% of the time it will take longer. At week two I emailed for an update and was told they had delays with the machines and it would be done and sent out at the end of the week. It wasn’t. I emailed the following week and was told they had more delays and it would be sent the next day. It wasn’t. Emailed again, they said the same thing and 2 days later it was finally sent out. I later looked at other reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence. So if you are in a rush and not looking to wait 3+ weeks for a duvet I would go else where. However, as I said before I do really enjoy my new duvet and would have to say it is a really nice product.
