So good! Our puppy loves it so much heis finally off our bed.

I received the items I were not ordered. Its system is messy. Customer service person is lying to me. Promised to send me the items I want. But actually never happened. I ordered Novadown brand. But they just give me a Novadown page inserted. Even the novadown package were not offered. Very disappointed! Want refund!!

Amazing, cosy, light and lovely Alpaca Duvet. Perfect for me!

The product is good however having to wait 3 months after order to receive a product is ridiculous. The 2 emails I received to explain why it was late was helpful but with that kind of delay I expected some kind of appeasement offering. I’m certainly not in a rush to order from Ellis fibre again and will definitely be looking at competitors websites first.

I love that we can have a NZ made duvet, using all natural materials, especially utilising the benefits of wool. Keep up your great work providing this option for Kiwis and the global community! Great product and happy it came from NZ however there was an almost 3 month delay in getting it due to product delays which is a shame.

Took more than a month to receive my product. Had to chase up it's where abouts. They did say due to machinery Breakdown it be delayed 1-2 weeks. It was more like 6 weeks and then the pillow they sent me was wrong.

Not only do they offer a lovely product but the customer service was outstanding and quite caring. Was a pleasure ordering and working with them to get my order in and taken care of. Prompt dispatch and delivery.

If you don't have one of these Duvets for Dunedin's winter you're woefully unprepared.

The product arrived in awesome condition. No fault at all with the product. It did however take a little while to arrive. Communication about the delay was done initially but little communication after. I had to call and ask when my purchase is due to arrive. The person was very lovely on the phone though. Overall, I would still recommend the product and company.

You can’t beat the duvets but wait time is too long when you have a business waiting on them.... knew it would be a few weeks but actually took closer to 6

Very good service.....they were informed me about whole sending process to Germany. The quality of the product is very high. I have Alpaca Duvet 400.

I appreciated being kept informed re my purchase, the fact that machinery had broken down and the order would be late. Also keeping me informed that the product was on the way.
