Understandable as orders likely exceeded holding stock, such a good buy.

Took well over a month
Took well over a month, pillows don’t even smell like lavender at all. The kids one isn’t very filling and the adult one is very filled it hurts to sleep on.

Hi Tania, thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately we have just found that we had a faulty batch of lavender sachets which is why there is a lack of lavender scent in the pillows. We believe we have this issue resolved now so would be happy to replace your pillows. We can also offer to have the adult version of the pillows made with less fill in them if you would like us to. They are advertised as being a firm pillow, however we understand some users don't find them suitable for their needs. The kids pillow have been made as a much flatter pillow as it is aimed at young children, and over filling them could cause neck issues. Always great products from Ellis
Always great products from Ellis, we've bought heaps of stuff over the years. No 5 stars simply because the last order at Christmas overwhelmed them and delivery was delayed. Beautiful, well made products and would definitely recommend to others.

Great for hubby and a lovely smelling pillow. Unfrotunately it's too bulky for me and I had to revert to my old pillow due to a very sore neck the next day...sad as I was excited to try it out. Hubby has a spare now at least :)
