Supplied me with damaged curtains and offered me replacement, different curtains or a 30% refund. I didn't like the sample replacement that they sent and I asked for a refund. Months later and many requests from me and promises from them to pay me the refund and it still hasn't been paid. When I ask now, I am just ignored.

Elmet delivered in 7 days, as they said they would. They were also shortened to order. The curtains are extremely good value, good quality, and the best ready made curtains we have come across.
I would very much recommend Elmet.

What absolutely wonderful curtains and customer service again, thank you. I used Elmet for large long curtains in 2017 and was delighted. This time I ordered three pairs that needed a bespoke length - even better than last time ! Completely amazed by the quality and price- superb all round. I had emailed CS as my confirmation had got stuck in my spam and they actually offered to fix something that was a typo of mine - it wasn’t needed but the offer was above and beyond a quite wonderful offering.

I have bought four pairs of curtains from Elmet and have been very impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship.

When we received our curtains we weren’t quite ready to hang them but now that we have here is our opinion.
Our windows are an unusual size and shape hence we had to order extra wide curtains, we picked a beautiful floral material since our windows look into the garden, the material is just fabulous and lined, and great quality.

Our length for curtains where not standard, so the free alterations where an extra bonus.

If you were to purchase ready made from a department store you would have to pay a lot to have them altered, so this was a plus plus plus on our decision.
The curtains arrived on time and are everything we hoped they would be, beautiful material terrific size, and totally enhance this room,

Easy Company to deal with and if you have any queries prior to your curtains arriving they come back to you quickly. Your not ignored once they have your order, they follow it all the way through.

Curtains arrived in good condition and are a lovely quality. Was kept up to date with progress of my order. One of the few places I found to do curtains wide enough for our large window.

Really good quality curtains in extra large sizes at a reasonable price. I ordered two pairs of curtains in excess of 3m width and had the drop altered. Quick service - had the curtains in just over a week. They are beautiful and well folded so there are no creases when hung. Would definitely use again.

Elmet curtains offer a great service and provide a wide range of long drop curtains that are very reasonably priced that are fully lined. The curtains were delivered promptly.

We have struggled to find suitable curtains for our living room and came across Elmet via online searches. We were slightly hesitant to order not being able see the quality or finish.
We gave it a go and the delivered product was above our expectations. The curtains are a good quality, lined and look great up.

I'd been looking for curtains for my French windows for ages and I couldn't find the right fabric or the extra long size I needed. I decided to email Elmet with my requirements and they came back quickly and with the perfect solution. I ordered the curtains and in roughly one week they arrived. I loved them! The fabric was real quality and the fit just perfect. I would definitely use Elmet again and would certainly recommend them to my friends.

I needed wide long curtains, which aren't easy to find. Bought eyelet curtains from Elmet in a neutral grey tone which came within 10 days, beautifully made and packaged. So, so pleased with their quality and the service. Definitely recommend and am going to order some in the New Year for my bedroom 😀

I needed wider curtains with a pelmet which isn't always easy to find. The measurements are very good with a guide to length of window rail/pelmet to size curtains/pelmet needed plus free alterations for the drop of the curtains. I had a cheaper material but quality is good, fit is excellent and the alterations.
Speedy delivery and excellent packaging. Very pleased.

Great curtains. Same material as M&S stock, but saved £100s, as could order a large size ready made curtain, rather than made to measure.
