Great: quality, customer service and curtains
Really great pair of curtains at a great price. Simple ordering, good correspondence in relation to delivery (done by DPT which gave me a time slot as well as being able to track, in real time, the driver). Customer service was very quick and courteous, as was delivery of my order. Will be happy to buy from again.

Awful quality and customer service
Awful quality and customer service. The curtains were dreadfully made and were wonky. They were 2 inches longer in the middle than the sides. Stitching was all over the place. Made it really hard to get my refund and had to go through PayPal which is still not resolved.
Hilarious that the response from Elmet suggests that I should be happy because they were 35% off. They were a disgrace. Also no telephone number to speak. There is a mobile number on google but man who answers now says he has nothing to do with Elmet curtains. They have still not refunded me. You have been warned

But if you remember you bought these from the rage of iteams we had on " Special Offer" and in particular the iteam you bought was on offer of 35% discount.Therefore only so much we could do. But,inspite of that, we offered to repair them but regretfully you refused to accept our offer and prefered to go through PayPal. We were sorry that we were unable to replace them with pefect product.
We note from PayPal that your payment has been refunded. Please check your bank account.
Elmet Curtains.
Customer service lets them down
I ordered a pair of curtains for my lounge and whilst the quality of the curtains is good, I would not recommend this company purely on its terrible customer service.
There were a number of issues with my order, from delay in them receiving the fabric, lack of communication regarding other possible options, error in delivery, numerous attempts at trying to get my (minimal) refund offered...
All in all, despite the good value of the curtains and the alteration service they provide, their inability to respond quickly to queries and problems has made the whole customer experience extremely disappointing. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere next time!

Great service and quality
I have been very impressed with both the service and the quality from Elmet curtains. From providing numerous samples, to tailoring the curtains to our specific needs (adding blackout linings to curtains that wouldn’t normally have it), to providing a very fair price for a single curtain, they have provided an excellent service. The quality of the curtains is second to none – we had them pulled and hung by a professional Curtain Fitter, and even he commented that they were very good quality. And the range of sizes just isn’t available elsewhere. Plus, the unpleasant smell you often get with new blackout curtains isn’t there with Elmet. Highly recommended.

The only reply that your company sent was on 11thMarch stating that my order would be delivered within 48 hours. Several hours after posting an honest review Pay pal notified me that you had fully refunded my payment. Strange that you do not answer Queries from customers or offer an apology of any kind when you cannot fulfill orders. Again my advice is not to use your company
