Order took 3 weeks to arrive not 7 days as advertised. Needed to keep emailing for updates. Was told curtains awaiting pattern matching. Pattern does not match on both sets of curtains but as they are full not too noticable. There is a clear fault running right across one curtain. The tie backs are very flimsy, no stiffening at all, I unpicked them and put stiffening in. The pelmet had no lining at all, again I did this myself. I would have returned them but I had been without curtains for 3 weeks and Christmas was fast approaching and I knew from reading other reviews that it was unlikely to be solved before my guests arrived. I have always made my own curtains in the past but did not have time. All in all I will not buy from Elmet again. Their pattern match and quality control department must have sight issues. I wish I could show you photos. For £280 I could have made curtains with a much better finish.
Update 04/02/19 the promise of replacements has not happened, I still have faulty curtains.update 25/02/19 still living with faulty curtains,they have not been replaced as promised.

Very impressed with the curtains for my bay window, they look luxury quality at an outstanding price ! Took a little longer than first thought but well worth the wait, and all emails and questions answered .

Would definitely recommend this company, especially for those wider widths sizes not available on the high street. ask for samples first so that you can see the quality of the material .

Easy enough to order from but very difficult and drawn out process sorting the return and refund with us having to do all the chasing. When we eventually had the refund through there was no explanation as to why they’d deducted ~£17, after more chasing we eventually received a blunt email saying this was for ‘repairs’ as they had been used - as in we’d taken them out their packaging. Save yourself the haste and go elsewhere.

I ordered two pairs of curtains from this company. Over a week after ordering they emailed me to say they didn't have the curtains. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. It has been three weeks and no money. Communication is very poor. Even after lodging a complaint with PayPal they still haven't responded. I would avoid this company at all costs. Not only am I out £400.00 with them I have had to order more curtains with another company!

This was the third time i've ordered from Elmet Curtains. Excellent experience. The curtains are excellent quality and service was quick and efficient. Will be using them again
