Good help when my pump broke, received a new one quick
Considering how expensive the products are, the customer service is terrible. I bought an Elvie pump and was trying to buy replacement parts from the website but nothing is clear as to which version of the pump parts are suitable for. Move on to an hour long conversation where they sent me a JPEG rather than a web link and then told me they were escalating the problem (I just wanted to be given the links to the right parts!). They said they would get back to me in 48h but it has now been a week.

So easy love that I could leave chat and return later
The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m sure the good reviews must be fake. NO support whatsoever. The only time you actually ever get a response is if you pretend you’re enquiring about placing a new order. There is no help when selecting the option to follow up on an order. I placed an order over a week and a half ago and I’ve still not received it. Elvie are not helping and now are ignoring me when I’ve asked for a refund. They steal your money and then ignore you! I wouldn’t ever order from them again. Disgusting service!

Great customer service, very helpful. My defective pump was replaced very quickly. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful she was!
Easy to get in touch with and got the help I needed fast.
After talking with customer service they were fast and helpful with getting me my replacement pump. Especially after telling them that one of my pumps wasn’t working correctly. They even told me what to expect when I’m waiting for the part and what to expect to receive from Elvie as an email.
The issue I have is on the chat when looking for the reasons why you want to talk to customer service didn’t have my exact issue. This should be updated with other or bad pump suction. This would’ve worked better than the selection that they had available.
Elvie stride breast pump stopped working after using for 2 weeks- contacted Elvie and was told that they would not send a replacement tube despite it being a faulty item. I explained that I exclusively pump and that the item was faulty so would need replacing within 24 hours so I could feed my child and not lose my supply- told to buy my own replacement part then told that actually they don’t sell it anywhere (including Amazon). Have left a new mother unable to keep a supply or feed her child. Terrible customer service they should be ashamed.

I’m happy with the Elvie customer service, it was quick and fast, the resolution has been dealt immediately for me so thank you!
I have bought an Elvie trainer and two breast pumps and have had issues with all of them. Both breast pumps stop charging at different times, one they replaced as it was still under warranty, but the other was just out of warranty - and they don't have a repair service. The trainer stop connecting to the app very early on, which made it unusable, but I was too busy with a new baby to contact them and when I did it was once again out of the 2 year warranty.
Their response was: 'Since the Elvie Trainer is already beyond its warranty period, it’s possible that the internal battery or Bluetooth component may have degraded over time, especially with regular use. These components can affect connectivity with the app.'
I had used it at the most 10 times, and a product that cost this amount should be designed to last longer than 2 years (their warranty period)! AVOID!

Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Worth the £200
I had high hopes for this pump, but it broke just after the warranty period expired. When I contacted customer service, I was told to purchase replacement parts—only to find out they aren’t even available in the UK, only in the US. Eventually, I was told the parts would be sent to me as a courtesy, but over a week later, nothing has arrived.
Each time I contact customer service, I’m told the issue has been “escalated to the appropriate department,” but I’ve received no updates or clarity. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially after spending £200. The lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. Steer clear.

Breast pump developed a leak and started making loud squeaking noise after 2 months of use. Advised I needed to buy replacement parts as they were out of warranty, but no parts available to buy even from the manufacturer. Customer service is also AI making it really difficult to get a proper resolution when an issue occurs.

I would give Elvie a zero if I could. Do not buy this pump or any of their products. Customer service is appalling. Sounds like you are talking to a BOT or AI over WhatsApp.
The product is absolutely useless ! They will not refund you your money, they willl lie and gaslight you and in the end ignore you. The good reviews on here will be fake l!!! Mamas do not waste your money
Do not buy from the elvie store. Buy from Amazon. The return process is horrible. An unopened unit that is deceptively advertised does not mention that the milk and breast are constantly bombarded with infrared, and unable to be turned off is not clearly mentioned in the add. Amazon would have taken an unopened unit back instantly. I have called them two times and sent multiple emails. Now I have to wait 2 more days just to talk to a supervisor. They want me to pay shipping. their customer service should exceed or at least match Amazon. A supervisor should be on the phone immediately not 2 days later. I would never do business directly with this company again. It might be different if I was returning it under different means, opened or unwanted, but this is unopened and returned under a deceptive description. I want my money back now.
I received a new Elvie double pump as a gift during my first pregnancy. After a miscarriage and a second healthy delivery, I was able to use the pump two years after it was initially gifted. I LOVED my pump at first and used it exclusively. After 3 months of usage however, one of the pumps would not turn on. There were no lights. Not responding to various charging cables and methods.
I reached out to customer service and found the experience frustrating. They sent me the troubleshooting steps which I had done, and then asked for a reciept to send a replacement pump. Because the initial gift was received two years ago, I don't have a gift reciept for it, and neither did the gift giver.
I did not want a replacement pump, I was just looking for assistance on getting my pump fixed. The rep informed me that "They follow strict policies" and "they don't have a repair department" and that my only options are to find a reciept or buy a new pump. Obviously I would not be buying a new product when I now have such a negative few of the current one, so the suggestion is entirely off-base.
Given that the unit costs $500+, I would have anticipated better solutions than "Turn it on and off again" and sending new part. I would have anticipated an RMA department, or local partnerships for repair support if the company is unable to stand up a whole department. I would also expect better recordkeeping/tracking of units to be able to trace back purchases.
One thing that was good is that it felt like there was a real human chatting on the other end rather than canned copy/paste or AI responses.
When the product works, its great. When it doesn't, it doesn't and there isn't much recourse. I will not be using Elvie products again.
It was easy to connect with an agent and get my problem resolved over WhatsApp. They keep the chat open for longer as well, so you don't lose your conversation after a few minutes, like many other customer service chat functions.
Product didn't work, refund promised but never received.
Really disappointed with the customer service. I messaged on WhatsApp regarding where I can purchase a replacement pump shield as mine melted in the microwave. Replacement shields are sold out everywhere in the UK, but the person I was speaking to on WhatsApp was clearly not actually reading my messages or responding to my query but just following a script about the warranty. I wasn’t trying to claim anything, I just wanted to better understand the inventory situation. I was sent multiple lists of retailers, some of which no longer exist and the others don’t have the product. I asked for my query to be escalated to the UK customer care team to no avail. Extremely disappointing service. It seems like I’m going to need to buy a whole new pump and I certainly won’t be buying an Elvie.
I needed help replacing a part, and used the WhatsApp chat feature. It was after normal business hours and I was able to get in contact with a love agent in a timely manner. They helped solve my issue. Highly recommended.
