As always an outstanding service... order placed on Sunday evening and received north of the border by Tuesday midday and that's in the middle of a PANDEMIC!!

My favourite models supplier by far, always helpful and friendly.

Don't waste your time buying from this online model kit suppliers. They're extremely poor customer focused and slow to send orders out.... and they charge £9.50 for the rubbish service.
I ordered a lot of paints etc. only to receive an email saying it can take up to 9 days to send the order out.
When I emailed them back saying that's OK, but refund me my £9.50 for not keeping to the delivery agreement, I got another email from James Backham saying he has to sleep in the store because he has so many orders to pack... and he is processing mine right now???
Sounds like a load of bull to me? If it's not, I hope he's washing and changing his clothes regularly? I don't want to catch anything from this online shop!!!
Its been 5 days now and I've not heard anything from them... I would have at least thought it would only take a couple of days to send it out with DPD...especially if he was packing it on Monday?
Truthfully, save yourself the hassle, don't waste your time ordering from eModels... there's a 100 more model kit suppliers in Britain, (most who I've bought from and) all who provide far better and faster service.
eModels are just a let down.

I can recommend loads of other suppliers if you want.

Terrible communications, never answer the phone or respond to e-mails.
Order placed 2 weeks ago and nothing! poor service!

I've ordered quite a few times from Emodels and they seem to take the longest to deliver out of all the online model shops in the UK, Ebay included. I've had a few items placed with them and a week or so later, been told they items are not in stock (missing). Currently, I'm waiting for an order which was placed almost 2 weeks ago, no explanation other than covid etc etc. Perhaps they are just rather busy and cannot cope with volume and in that case, smaller places seem to be managing their orders better. So, order but do be aware that they do take their time.

I ordered 2 x models (that I had great difficulty tracking). The whole process was stress free. I was contacted frequently until delivery 2/3 working days. Awesome! Thanks

Overall I've had a great experience during my interaction with eModels.

They have a very engaging customer service, who are quick to answer any queries. I'm also confident that if anything did go wrong then they would have no issues rectifying the situation.

The items arrived quickly despite it being one of the busiest periods of the year, and I'm very pleased with the quality and condition of everything I've received.

I added items to my cart and saw they were going to have a Black Friday sale of 10%, so figured I would wait. Logged in today to see they have increased the price of these items by 20%!! This is misleading sales tactics and I now have no intention of buying from this company, poor show.

I've never had a problem with my orders. I did however pick one up from store. I found the staff to be a little grumpy!

I received my order today and I'm very happy with it! Super fast delivery despite all the Covid disruptions.
eModels is a great company with superb customer service and a vast range of products for the scale modeller and wargamer. I cannot recommend enough!

I placed an order on 12th sep 2020 after chasing the order arrived on the 18th Missing an item. I have tried calling, sent emails and even requested a ringback. I have edited my review as after Richard one of the directors got involved on the 24th sept, and I must say he resolve the issue immediately and completed my refund and I have received an apology.... Although a bottle of whisky would have been better :). So I will mark this one up as a internal staff issue and not a reflection of emodels.

For models coming from the UK the service was very good. It will be some time before I get to building them.

I have bought from eModels several times in the past and have never had a problem. As usual my latest purchase was well packed and delivered very quickly. These people care and it shows.

I have dealt with a large number of suppliers over the years, but only came upon eModels by accident. While I have had nothing but excuses from other suppliers recently, eModels promised and delivered. To not only have the rare item I was looking for but to get it to Australia in 3 weeks under the current circumstances was close to a miracle. I will be checking their inventory before I go anywhere else in future.

I must say I deal with various model suppliers but I have found non to top eModels. In these awful times when everything is upside down and suppliers are under a lot of stress to get orders out with less staff I have had a fast and professional service.
