Their Web is very user friendly & quick. I always look forward to the emails informing me of new products & stock arriving from paints to any kits. I would recommend them for all your modelling supplies.

Having purchased several times from Emodels, I can honestly say that they have always given me a superb service.
Their dispatch times and quality of pakaging has always been of the highest order.
On top of this customer service has also been excellent,emails quickly replied too, and any queries dealt with professionally.
I am extremely happy to be a customer of Emodels, and would strongly recommend them.

I ordered around 50 jars of Tamiya paint to enable me to do some modelling while stuck at home recovering from major surgery.
Emodels got my order to me in two days and all complete. I like the way that Emodels have their stock control so that if it isn't in stock you can't order it. That way you're never waiting for days for something that might arrive sometime. The range of stock is always impressive as well and covers everything a modeller wants!

My order arrived quickly and was well packed to protect my order.

had trouble placing an order on line thought oh well i then get a phone call from these guys who helped me place an order over the phone this was Sunday my order turned up next Wednesday loads of e-mails telling me what is happening with my order

I bought some Tamiya paint for my father for Christmas from here after hearing their delivery and prices were amazing. Definitely agree with them, the prices are a bargain here, the items were wrapped up carefully and the delivery was quick. 10/10

Painful experience, as others have said in reviews shipping isn't a priority. I ordered on the 11th dec, for no reason whatsoever my order wasn't shipped until the 14th dec. It was only when I emailed to ask why it hadn't been shipped that it eventually it was. I was given the reason that the Royal Mail strikes were to blame?? how can that be? I deliberately chose a different courier option for that reason. As it happens Evri lost the parcel for the best part of two weeks, emailing Emodels there didn't seem much urgency at all. In the mean time I ordered from Make it build it in the belief the parcel was never coming (ordered in the morning, shipped by 10 am, delivered next day) eventually my Emodels parcel turned up with only three of the four items and a note 'to follow on the fourth' had they sent an email informing two weeks earlier that the fourth item wasn't coming I would have sourced it elsewhere. After speaking to them on the phone they said they would send the item out, apologised and said that he would refund the fourth item as a gesture of goodwill. Well that was a hollow promise as well, even the email for the new tracking number wasn't given as promised, that was yet another email. I'm assuming that Emodels will appear below talking about Mail strikes etc, that would have no bearing whatsoever on getting the order packed and out the door in a timely manner. Over the xmas period I've ordered dozens of things from other companies and only had this one issue. My advice steer clear.
As far as Emodels reply below is concerned, yes I did hang up... After however many emails and phone calls the last thing I want to do is waste any more of my time on your company. Update: the company wrote in their reply that they had sent a tesco voucher out, they didn’t and now I see they’ve edited it and taken that out… laughable business practise

Ive been a customer here, well since Pete had the stall, "up anley duck" in the indoor market ! All these years visiting, buying, chat etc etc I have not known 1 bad thing happen that I could grumble about and not known Pete to be anything other than.. approachable, kind, driven, full of empathy and couldn't do enough for me ! When Emodels opened up it was like all of my Christmas,s arriving at once. Since opening I've met a couple of decent lads and lasses( Andy). Each one is well drilled in the world of model making and will always try to help you with your query. The staff are a credit to Emodels and are definitely following in Pete's steps.
Each staff member will help you, will point you in the right direction if they can't help you themselves. They have done so much for me there's not enough good words available to describe them! Infact the only thing that Emodels hasn't done for me is roll the red carpet out ! Although I'll guarantee if you asked they would probably deliver !
Stay safe chaps and thank you for all you've done i'will forever be in your debt!
P.s, Do your hobby a favour and introduce it to Emodels!

5* Service, easy ordering process, prompt delivery. [Bearing in mind this time of year is busy/strikes for delivery services] so I was not expecting 24hr service, the team were first calsss in keeping me posted and to expect slight delays due to the current situation in th UK.

I ordered a Tamiya Model, and it arrived quickly had a great time building it with my son. Would buy again from emodels.

I purchased a Special Hobby Gloster Meteor RAF Regiment's kit from E-Models in September and decided to start building it the other weekend, on starting to construct I suddenly found I was missing a complete small sprue and alas, could progress no further. I Made a quick call to E-models on Monday and spoke to a very helpful staff member who asked me to email the details so they could contact their suppliers for a replacement sprue. Subsequently received emails from Richard in Customer Service to acknowledge my request and later to confirm his suppliers would be sending out the missing part within a day or two. On Thursday I had a telephone call from Richard to say they had received it and would despatch it to me that day. Part was received via courier on Saturday morning.
Now, that to me is excellent customer service from start to finish. I would like to say thank you to Richard and the rest of the team for resolving this issue so promptly and without any question (as to why I hadn't checked contents of kit on receiving).
I will not hesitate to purchase from E-models again, my first port of call for price and service from now on.

Very helpful staff. Great choice of model kits.
Will be my go to model shop from now on!
