It took months to get the item, and when it came it was missing a pice! However they did send it next day.

Really helpful in sourcing the ribbons needed for my grandads miniature medals.

The products I ordered were delivered in excellent condition and before the date originally given.

The medal box and plaque came in great condition, and I'm very happy with my order! The only thing that bothered me was the fact I couldn't track my order, and didn't know what's going on since it took over a month to be delivered. In any case, great stuff!

I purchased an item (pre-prepared medal rack) on the understanding that it would be quicker than having my medals mounted for remembrance. The website was clear that medal mounting would not be ready in time for remembrance, but there was no indication that the alternative wouldn’t arrive. Having ordered it late Oct/early Nov, item arrived mid-Jan. Unacceptable.

The quality of the item is very good,
It took a long time to deliver.

Really slow turn around put them in late September hoping for them to be ready for Remembrance which I knew would be tight, however didn't receive them until Mid January called twice but didn't seem to make a difference, for the price I would have expected the medals to have been in a protective cloth bag packaging wasn't great. That said they look fantastic and they have done a great job

I have just received my miniature medals (5) back from adding a miniature medal to my previous (4).
The process from selection's on offer to payment, postage and communication during the manufacture process was excellent.
When my medals arrived I was very pleased with the mount and service received, "First Class"

I ordered a ribbon bar on the 2nd Nov 2024. It arrived on the 30th Jan 2025. The work was nice but the 12 week wait was remarkably long.
In summary: it was good work, I may use them again but I would expect a 3month wait.

Just had 4 medals mounted by empire medals. Can highly recommend them, my medals came back better than I expected with a very professional finish to their court mounting.

Had my order since November 2024 3 emails sent totaly no answer shocking service my next step will be a full refund...

The bottom line is don't be in a rush. Once you have settled in your mind that the process takes as long as it takes, you will then be able to relax and look forward to your mounted medals.
I am so thrilled with my display. The photo of my grandad and his 3 WW2 medals has been cleaned and mounted properly. It looks great. All my family love it, and his achievement in WW2 is now rightly preserved for future generations.
Empire medals listen carefully to your instructions, the staff liaise with you - and I guarantee you will be delighted with the end product - but as I said it takes time.
