Fantastic
I am so glad that I chose Empire to valet my car. The lady that answered the phone was polite friendly and very helpful. When the valeters came they were on time and very polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do and got straight down to work. They didn't stop until my car looked like new again. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Empire fantastic job!!!

Disappointed
I had high expectations further to positive online reviews. However I was left very disappointed and underwhelmed when I saw our car after several hours of cleaning. Carpets still stained, car console not even attempted to be cleaned, car visors completely missed!! the cream leather back seats now have unsightly yellow stains on arm and head rest's, unable to remove break dust from wheels. I telephoned Empire the next morning to relay above mentioned issues and unfortunately my call was answered by an extremely rude lady with zero customer service to be told "I simply don't believe you" After the initial disappointment what did I expect!! unprofessional, rude, overall bad experience. Please take note when looking for a valeting service. We paid £150 for the pleasure. Please don't make the same mistake............

Perfect Service and Valet
Empire did a great job in cleaning my car. When they left my car looked like it was brand view. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gary and Louise.
