Aviation lobbying 101

It took 3+ months for them to deal with my case. They didn't help in any way. I was on a WizzAir flight that mid-air informed us one of the aircraft computers had stopped working! We had to return to destination. I left the plane once landed because I feared for my life and had to continue the journey with an alternative airline. The original WizzAir flight was in any case delayed by 3+ hours. No repercussions for the airline, of course, which is legally allowed to continue cutting corners, and being a joke of an airline. But ENAC is not any better

enac.gov.it - governmental agency enforcing round up to nearest euro

enac.gov.it

Just the ending gov.it makes this official - therefore it is amazing to find:
a) when paying their online fees of 30.60 € they round up to 31.00 (arrotondamento) - why would you want to round an online payment? Who get the rounding money? Why do we have euro cents?
b) their site allow you to select English language - but then You will not be able to identify with an Italian spid. For that You need to select Italian language. Do you want to take a test in English? Sure you can select English there too, but the actual test will be in Italian.

Suggestion:
1. Sort out payment, and please report where the rounding money have gone so far. Being a .gov.it you should follow the .gov requirements and rules for rounding.
2. Remove the selection of English language on your pages until you have them implemented
3. Users of the site: do the drone exam for A1/A3 under EUROCONTROL (search for it, it is free), you may be able to do also A2 there (you could in the past, but that may have changed)
4. Trying to convert an old a1/a3 certificate in Italy was (due to 1&2) impossible. Do (as I did) #3 instead as it takes two hours and is free. They never answer emails written in English, I don’t know if they answer in Italian either.

Good luck, I’ll add a star when things improve as some of the other online services deserve a four and sometimes bit less frequent a five star rating.
