I had a very good experience with the service received during the full process for my remortgage. It was also easy to download and share documents on your portal given also a clear progress of the process... On top of that, I always get answers to all my questions trough the portal but also over phone.

Poor experience with the case tracker portal
The online tracker portal provided by Enact simply does not work. I don't know how my re-mortgage application is or isn't progressing and I am unable to login or even reset the password. Emails are ignored or automatically replied by a bot that sent me a link back to the portal login screen rather than dealing with the issue. I have called Enact and spoke with someone who simply fobbed me off with "Your account was locked due to too many failed logins, but the technical team have unlocked it. Try again in 15 minutes." Felt like they didn't have the knowledge to deal with the issue or just wanted me to end the call. Frustrating service and an experience I care not to repeat.
