Gym is brilliant the only downside is…
Gym is brilliant the only downside is the showers They are very clean however the shower Angeles not short girl friendly as it hits the wall at my face level witch makes it impossible for someone of my height to shower properly (5ft3) the shower floors are also very slippery However This will not stop me from enjoying the gym itself

Excellent gym
Excellent gym, have been going here since November last year. The staff are very friendly, always greeting you as you come in and it feels very safe in terms of sanitised gym equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Excellent gym - highly recommend!
Excellent gym! Clean, friendly, and well laid out. I’ve belonged to super basic CrossFit style gyms, a (terrifying) super fancy London gym with DJs, and gyms like Énergie… this is easily one of the better ones! You never feel crowded or overly watched but at the same time, the staff are there to help you when you need it!
The free weights area has everything you need, even if it is a bit small, and the helpful booking option means that you can make sure you go at a time that’s comfortable for you (for example, you can see how many people are in the gym right at that moment and then book a slot - great if you’re a little wary of crowds due to COVID!).

Please try to include calesthenic training equipment like a free pull up bar where multiple body weight training exercises can be performed and it is a rising trend in the fitness world.

A really compact gym with amazing staff…
A really compact gym with amazing staff and good weightlifting facilities. If you are looking for weight training, this gym has almost everything for its size. The Yard (cross-fit area) is a tad small with minimal options. Good showers and locker rooms available too.

6 stars if there was a Power Plate
I mean, I've only been a member for a week but I've used a lot of gyms and must say I'm impressed with this one. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's a great variety of equipment for all your fitness needs and all is in good order. Cleaning stations for wiping down machines/weights/benches etc after use are all always fully stocked. Only gripe I have is no Power Plate, I bloody love a Power Plate.
Also, just a side note, depending on what time I go I get to walk through a shopping centre when no one else is around. It's like being in the Dawn of the Dead (the original not the 2004 remake).

The last couple of months have been really difficult with my work closed and gym closed.
However the sessions I have managed to do during lockdown from Yoga, LBT to Pilates has helped my mental health and my bad back!

No fuss gym with helpful and kind staff, very convenient parking arrangement with up to 2 hours free parking at the underground Harpur Centre in Bedford, which is only a few yards away from the Gym.
