it’s missing a lot of the important machines like lateral raise and there isn’t much benches

The gym is a friendly place, there is a good atmosphere. Therenis plenty of equipment with lots of options and support. In terms of areas of improvement I do think the equipment should be cleaned more often and the wipes amd cleaning products should be replaced in a more timely manner.

It's great, I love the Gym club. Great staff, really helpful.

We've just joined energie Fitness and have worked out twice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of free weights and many machines, some seemed to be in need of a little tlc but not unusable.

The showers and toilets are clean with many lockers available.

It’s a great gym, with all the machines and free weights I could ever want. With a soft area for more lower intensity parts of a work out. Have come here for 2 years+ and it’s my favourite.

Very easy to join, good price, nice and helpful staff. Only thing, a couple of machines are out of order.

The staff I've met have been knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and all very professional. I'm glad my previous gym closed and I discovered energie. I'm really enjoying going to the gym again ! Thank you

The gym in Canterbury has extremely bad maintenance, it’s super dirty and smelly. Smells bad everywhere, the bathrooms, the training areas. The equipments are old and need urgent repairs. It’s always busy, there’s no enough air circulation. I do not recommend, even with the low cost.

It is a very good place to exercise. It has a good environment. I am happy to exercise here.

I joined using the online offer of first month for £10 on the 8th March 2023.

Come the 21st March I had apparently missed a Direct debit ( when I had set it for the 24th each month)
I received an email stating I owed for the first month £15.26 !
And then £20 admin fees for breaking payment date .
I called up and spoke to a lady on reception to be told it was an error and she would sort it . Nothing came of it
Today I slammed them on social media as they are still pushing the promo of join for £10 only first month and was asked to call them
I called up to be told by boss I needed to pay the extra £5.26 as its for me setting the direct debit for the 24th ??
They nicely offered to pass the admin fees but this still wasn't a full month I had paid for yet being charged for more??? Its a dodgy experience in which I've now cancelled the direct debit and left . Considering this gym is a rude unfriendly place and dirty with broke equipment I don't think they should treat ppl this badly.

No new updates, machines have been broken for over 6 months. There is no urgency to make the place better.

The gym is ok when equipment gets broken it doesn’t get fixed just a sign put on it and that’s that so less choice of equipment to use and people having to wait around because of broken equipment.not at all happy with paying a monthly fee for a year when I can’t use the equipment I want to use because it doesn’t get fixed I won’t be renewing my membership

There is a wide range of equipment but it is not kept clean. If you use the dumbbells you have to wear black because they leave black stains on your skin and clothes. It is also not very clear what to do on your first visit e.g. do you have to sign in etc?

Had my induction with Sam today, he spent so much time explaining all of the machines in detail, I finally feel comfortable with going to the gym!

This is a no frills gym. It's fine but things have lapsed on the cleanliness front. Not enough wipes for the machines (blue roll and slray would be fine). There's a toilet in the ladies that has been broken since before it was an energie franchise. It's all a bit depressing really.

I really like this gym. It's very clean, tidy, and organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym has all the equipment I need for a good workout. It's also a good price and won't break the bank!
