Didn’t discuss joining fee at the time just the £26 monthly fee. Then got £56 taken out of my account 2 weeks later after joining

Friendly gym

Like it.
This is a good gym. Decent amount of equipment, clean and tidy with friendly staff. I've belonged to many gyms over the last 20 years or so and this is one of the better ones. If I had one small criticism it would be that the showers are a bit too hot and there's no way to adjust the temperature, normally I'm all for hot shower but not straight after I've done a 90 minute work out and am sweating buckets. That aside would recommend for price.

Nice clean gym
Nice clean gym. Staff are friendly. Never too many people seems to have a nice balance of foot traffic. Only concern is the hidden £20 joining fee and the slightly higher cost for not committing for the year

Staff are really friendly
Staff are really friendly. If classes are being held there is no designated area where you can stretch or use a mat for core exercises/free weights. I was told i can use the space near reception when the bikes are not there (they have been there every time I have. Stretching is so important to prevent injury i feel there should be a designated area, there only needs to be 2 permanent mats down in a quieter area/corner. The last time i used a mat for core work someone actually walked over me!!!
