Gem of a gym
Let me start by saying, I have never trained so hard. It might be my age or stage in life. But one thing that stands out to me is the atmosphere, its so relaxed yet motivated if that makes sense. The staff are approachable, friendly and always at hand for a chat or a point in the right direction.

modern gym with great staff
I have been using the gym since opening in September, staff are welcoming and pleasant, surrounding are modern and has a spacious feel, however the water fountain is broken and needs fixing asap as this let's the gym down, cobwebs are starting to build up and machines need cleaning as you can see other peoples sweat stains.
Toilets can be dirty at times and no toilet roll available.
Get these little things sorted and it will be great

Best gym ever
This is the best gym ever and has made a difference not only physically but psycholically as you really feel you are part of something. Staff and fellow gym users so friendly, lots of choice and I absolutely love the early morning classes. I am the fittest I've been in years and have now started to get positive comments about my fitness externally and sure it's knocked actually years off me.👍

Never been a fan of big gyms but I feel at home here! Staff are great especially Lauren, always happy to help! Even though I work in a smaller gym and highly recommend there I also recommend here too! 💪🏼

Great place with great atmosphere. Has everything you need and more. The gym is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly, encouraging and helpful. Outstanding compared to other local gyms.

I am pleased with the facilities and Service provided apart from the water fountain, as their should be another water facility upstairs. The idea of opening longer has benefited as you are no longer disappointed or rushing to get your fix.
