Everything has been great so far, I have been made very welcome, the induction has been thorough and it suits me so well to finally find a good gym that allows me to freeze my membership for the months that I am out of the country.

Great gym! Very clean and tidy, equipment is well looked after, good classes and whilst it’s a great community it’s also somewhere you can just put your headphones in and just train in peace if that’s what you want.

Nice little gym. Plenty of good facilities and the staff are always helpful. It's also very clean. Only a four star because it can ve a bit small when it's busy.

Definitely recommend the Shapeshifter plan - has helped me keep focus and motivation to get to the gym!
Staff are all very nice and knowledgeable and the classes are all good fun (albeit hard and sweaty!)

Been a member for 18 months but currently about 9 weeks into the shapeshifter programme and have seen a much better result! Staff are friendly as always and always there if you’ve got any queries! All in all a very good gym😁

Energise gym is a fantastic gym, with a great atmosphere and brilliant Personal trainers. I felt so welcomed when I first joined and still do. All classes are fun and great with the chance of meeting new people . I would 100% recommend the gym. If you are nervous like me, it's the best place to start your journey as you are made to feel comfortable !

Best thing I have ever done ✔️ Lewis is amazing he’s so professional in his approach to my fitness journey , he always checks in on me and I feel much better in my fitness already 4 weeks in . I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is nervous about getting fit as it’s such a friendly place and the equipment is excellent as are the classes. I definitely recommend a PT to help kick start a fitness plan . 5 star ⭐️

When I sign in I have been told that I can cancel my membership any time, when I did it surprisingly I have to pay additional 20£ administration fee or something like that, cancel due to lack of equipment and now this place is too small for so many people.

Its a great gym. Very helpful staff. Lloyd is a great PT. Only got 4 stars because of how busy it is

After bit of hiccup I had I see keelan put me at easy spending time with me put me on a really good plan to suit me 10 from me

Excellent Gym in Deeside, Flintshire. All the gear and the expert advice and ideas to support me to achieve my goals in a time frame that suits me and my life style. A friendly, knowledgable team, who are very approachable, always around and happy to answer any question’s about, my regime, diet or what’s the best equipment for my targeted areas. I am made to feel like a valued member. Its great!!

Brilliant open 24/7, great for my work schedule! And the classes that is included in the membership is fantastic!
