very good gym but the vending machine drains your bank account for buying 1 drink

energie - Fitness Deeside is a really well laid out gym with lots of modern equipment to use. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable.
There is a great atmosphere with a range of ages present and everyone no matter their level of fitness uses the various pieces of equipment to the best of their ability while attempting to reach their personal levels of fitness.
I am in my early seventies and feel comfortable exercising alongside the predominantly twenty and thirty year olds of mixed gender.
I found it really encouraging to see a young lady exercising under supervision, as best she could, while being in a wheelchair.
The lockable individual shower rooms have a dry changing area with a bench so that you can change and take a shower to freshen up. I take my own shower gel but there is a dispenser in the cubical with some in. The showers themselves are clean and tidy with a good flow of water just at a hot and comfortable temperature. The individual toilet facilities are also clean and tidy.
While exercising you can store your belongings securely in a large locker which uses your own padlock.
You can exercise for as log as you have the energy and there is background music which is not too loud but makes for a pleasant ambience.
The monthly subscriptions are set at an affordable level and setting up a Direct Debit was quick and easy.
I would highly recommend energie Fitness - Deeside to my friends for all of these aforementioned reasons.
Above all energie Fitness - Deeside is a really friendly, welcoming and a first class gym.

Excellent gym. Great range of weights, cardio equipment and functional training area and kit. All cardio equipment is working, clean and clearly well maintained too. Open 24/7 as well.

Great range of classes at really handy times. Seems good value for money and the booking system is very easy to use. The gym seems tidy and clean too.

An amazing gym, facilities are excellent, staff are friendly and helpful the other members are the same. I joined with the top tier access to introduce my son to gym work and I am so happy with the progress we are both making, that's down to the range and volume of equipment available. Haven't even tried the classes available yet.....

Staff are very polite and helpful and the other gym members are also very nice all in all really good place to go
