Decent little gym!
This is a very clean gym. The equipment is all modern and they always bring in new equipment that they haven’t had before! Loads of different class to do! The lockers are good! Different sizes so you can fit your stuff in regardless of what you’ve got.
Different levels of memberships!
Negative points - showers you press the button and it gives you less than 10 seconds and then you have to press it again. When it’s about to finish it gives you a boiling hot burst at the end..
The other negative is access.. because it’s 24h people just use one fob and then bring people with them or just go and let them in with the exit button..
(Only reason Iv noticed this is on the app it tells you live how many people are in the gym - (as I go when it’s really quiet as I’m quite anxious). And when it says 10 people you expect 10 people not 18+.

Great space and staff
Great space and staff, facilities are a bit tight and always overcrowded, showers are incredible hot (above legal temperature limit) so impossible to use.

Only been a member for a few weeks Deeside gym
Only been a member for a few weeks, so things I can comment on are, when it gets fairly busy there doesn’t seem to be enough weight training machines to go round, could do with a few more types of weight machines too, and that’s not even when it’s really busy, the showers are awful as they are push button, but only stay on for 3 seconds, and I mean 3 seconds, there’s no way changing the temperature, so you can’t have a cold shower for muscle recovery, but apart from that it’s ample, it’s great that it’s open 24hrs, the staff are friendly, and it doesn’t seem to be a juice head gym which is great.

Its an ok little gym but lacking in…
Its an ok little gym but lacking in many machines that are beneficial for bodybuilding. Couldn't even find a ankle tie to connect onto the cable machine last night so attachments are lacking. I know the gym is small but many changes could b made to improve it.

Flintshire - Early days, but very good so far
Deeside (Flintshire) Early days for me, but very good so far. Machines are excellent, access system convenient, ambience very pleasant.
Would like to see a book for reporting faults on machines.
Luke was very impressive - positive, helpful, friendly - so overcame my reluctance to join.
