Starting back after a few years
I haven’t been to the gym for a number of years and decided to start. My first session with my instructor I started to feel faint as my body had gone into a shock with the new fitness regime. The people at the gym not only looked after me but made me feel that I wasn’t the only one to experience this and it was ok. They made me feel it’s ok to go back as I could quite easily have packed it in right there. Through their good nature and encouragement I’ve been back and now feel worse when I don’t go. Brilliant team, brilliant gym. Great vibe for new starters, like myself, it can be hard to start a gym but the people in the Deeside branch fully deserve a huge pay on the back for the way they helped me and my new found love for getting fit.

Excellent gym!
The gym Énergie Fitness (Deeside) is amazing. Very spacious with wide variety of equipment. Always clean and well maintained, love the new neon lights! Good choice of different classes from yoga to kickboxing. Always something nice and new is happening in the gym, like group trips to Snowdonia or exercises outside. Nice place.

.The clock on the wall doesn't have a second hand on it so you are unable to work out your 30second breaks.
.The signal for live tv on treadmills very poor.
.Cobwebs above needs a good clean!

Great gym
Great gym been with them since gym opened great staff and always able to get on appropriate equipment to have a great workout wouldn't train anywhere else.

Really good for the price
Really good for the price. Facilities are really good. Only issue I have is booking classes as they are always full. Maybe you could run a few classes midday or late morning so more people can book.
