really good gym, plenty of equipment to use. helps that it’s 24/7 as you can go whenever

Absolutely loving my time in the gym really helping me get back into my fitness after my two children and I have a goal for our family holiday lost 1lb of that this week. The Gym is always presentable, clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Energie Fitness deeside is an awful gym !!! they charge you twice as much as if you went to a pure gym and have less equipment and it's an absolute nightmare when you want to cancel your membership they say you can cancel on there app but then you try to cancel it and it will not let you. I also sent them a written letter of my cancellation and still heard nothing off them. I had to resort to cancel my direct debit to actually get a response from them. Then i did a got email to say that if I didn't reset my direct debit back up they would pass "my debt" onto a debt collection company. I sent them an email to say I wanted to cancel my membership. And still I haven't heard anything from them. I actually had to resorts to phoning them myself to find out if they had actually cancelled membership. When I did phone them and they finally confirmed it was cancelled I had to make another payment which I did straight away on the phone but I am still receiving emails from the "debt collection company". I asked them to take me off their marketing list but that hasn't happened either. This company is only after your money and have no interest in your health and wellbeing I would avoid them at all costs. I've never had such an appalling customer service in my life.

Really good value gym with a good selection of equipment.
Staff are friendly and approachable and the atmosphere is really good. Only downside is the changing/shower facilities and maybe a slightly misjudged use of space otherwise this would have been an easy 5*

It's a great Gym. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is plenty of equipment and the classes are wide ranging and at various times so ar accessible to lots of people. There booking system works well for the classes. It kept very clean and covid safe.

Great gym with great classes & instructors

First impressions of Énergie fitness are they offer a good range of classes at times to suit all. Classes are not overpacked ensuring personal space.
Staff are approachable, polite and friendly.
The facilities appear clean and well maintained.
The online app is easy to navigate and informative.
My overall experience as a new Gym member is positive, I’m confident Énergie will help me achieve my fitness goals.
