Excellent gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of equipment. Only downside is the classses are very popular and always booked up well ahead.

Good gym great value
I go around 6 am a few times a week it's never too busy and always able to get on equipment. Staff are friendly and plenty of stations to be able to wipe down equipment after use following covid. Although I haven't been to any classes yet all included for £24.99 a month absolute bargain.

Great equipment, helpful and friendly staff, and knowing roughly how many inside when booking time slot a great help if your flexible when you can go.

I am not a gym person
I am not a gym person in any way but I have been made to feel really welcome by the staff. They have offered friendly and helpful advice. The classes are brilliant and a massive variety. It does get busy but you can go anytime that suits you.

Great gym and lovely people but…
Great gym and lovely people but surprisingly unclean. Carpets especially around the cross trainers are disgusting. Ledges are full of dust, even fire alarm on wall is covered in dust, stains on the crosstrainers from the last persons sweat at 5am so likely to have been there from the day before. Only joined one month ago but seriously considering finding a cleaner gym, especially considering we are still in a pandemic. Quite disappointed.

Needs more free space
Has everything you need to get fit and strong. staff are very friendly, greeting me every time. Showers are way too hot would prefer an option for cold. Main downside is I rely a lot on having a space to do callisthenics but they use this space to do classes which Always seems to be on when I’m there and I can’t do what I need to do unless upstairs isn’t busy and I move equipment out of the way, but still unable to do everything

Really good small gym with a decent…
Really good small gym with a decent selection of equipment. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can be busy at times so might be useful to maintain a booking system post covid. Only negative comment would be that on the rare occasion some gym goers don't appear to wipe down the equipment when they are done, perhaps additional cleaning staff would help mitigate this. Other than that, high quality gym and I would certainly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff and such a lovely atmosphere
This place is such a friendly place and has a great atmosphere, I had never been to a gym before and was so anxious I would be out of place and look useless but, this is so far from the truth.
On my first day, I made myself ill from worrying, they understood and introduced me to the equipment but never pressured me to try anything. I have started to gain confidence to work out and met some lovely staff( sorry I can't remember names), someone always seems to be available to help and I ask a lot of questions.
Thank you energie fitness for helping me face this barrier I never thought I could ever do.

Adequate
I started at energie fitness because it was closer than my old gym. I like the gym and it has what is needed for a basic workout as well as classes and the like. The downsides are that the music is played quite loudly (I could feel it in my chest it was that loud) and there is a lack of weight machines to aquetquely go around. I go to the gym at 5 in the morning and sometimes find it difficult to find a free piece of equipment. That being said, the location of the gym I attend is small and it is not a deal breaker, although it might be for some users.
