Well equipped medium size 24/7 gym
Well equipped medium size 24/7 gym. Good monthly cost, free parking. Friendly staff however could be more approchable offering technique advice or asking how your training is going. Dont like that much sharing womens-mans changingroom. Gym cilture is good, most of people wiping equipent after use. Generally positive 4/5 stars feedback.

New member - Initial Thoughts
Equipment is modern and good quality.
The music can be too loud, even putting own headphones on it can be so loud that you can’t hear your own music.
Peak times is really busy so difficult to get on the equipment you want. But there are plenty of quieter times where hardly anyone is there.

I've I've found the staff really friendly and always available to help. I enjoy using the equipment, and the General atmosphere is of a positive and encouraging experience. I'm often the oldest person there, but i don't feel self conscious about it! My one and only critisism is, the showers could be better maintained and checked more regularly.

Excellent gym
Staff and facilities are second to none. Extremely inviting atmosphere, especially for beginners. Its size also allows for individual sessions without interruption. Pricing is also extremely competitive, with quick and easy account setup and management through the app. The 24 hour opening, allows for great flexibility in terms of workout times, especially those with busy work schedules. Overall a superb gym, would wholly recommend to anyone in the area.

Good gym and value
Would say it is good value for money, always clean and good equipment. At busy times though that has been instances when nothing is free to work on. Could benefit from some extra equipment (addtional chest bench as this is always popular and maybe a couple more stand alone benches).

Great Facilities
Great Facilities, everything you will ever need. Great friendly staff that cant help enough. Clean, safe and a great buzz around the place. Also open 24/7 which helps me get in my gym sessions around my work pattern. Big fan of Energie!!

All round good gym only thing missing…
All round good gym only thing missing is a swimming pool what iv found in other gyms when I was up Wrexham I understand there’s not room for one in any local too the quay anyways

Really good gym and helpful staff
Really good gym and helpful staff, just a bit small and over packed sometimes, the music from classes being given in the regular gym area can be too loud also.
Everything else is great though and it’s a top gym especially for the area.

I've been really impressed with the…
I've been really impressed with the facilities and the helpful and friendly team members who are always very welcoming. The covid measures that the team have implemented to keep their clients safe are fantastic, so it's disappointing that the government are enforcing further closures of the gym. This is very short-sighted as fitness is the key ingredient to good health. I will certainly be maintaining my membership payments during closures to support this fantastic local business.
