Overall the gym is kept in good…
Overall the gym is kept in good condition however of recent I have found the plate loaded equipment to be left with plates on them from previous users. Albeit this is the members fault but due to having little to no gym staff on the gym floor it’s now becoming a daily issue as members aren’t being reminded to put their weight away.

Great staff, spotlessly clean and a really good range of fitness equipment. Also quite reasonably priced. Been going a few months now and standards have not slipped . Highly recommended.

The gym itself is perfect for my work…
The gym itself is perfect for my work out needs. My only source of frustration is not being able to book classes as these are always fully booked (which can’t be helped!) Also, the variation as to how the instructors teach the classes can be a bit frustrating. I appreciate that this will vary, however, some ensure a better workout than others by giving variations and advice re. weights, technique etc.

Every member of staff is willing to go…
Every member of staff is willing to go above and beyond for you and help in any way possible. The general atmosphere info the gym is so welcoming and being someone who suffers with anxiety this ha been very beneficial. The amazing range of machines and classes have kept my motivation levels high and with the added bonus of the 121 session I have been smashing targets. Can’t praise and recommend the gym enough

Top class gym.
Professionally run gym. Rare to find a gym where the staff are always on hand should you need them. Never pressured into personal training. Clean, great selection of gym equipment. Cannot recommend this gym highly enough. How all gyms should be run.

Do it join now you won't be dissapointed
Super gym just what i was waiting for in my area....staff are great and very helpful and top class equipment and the sauna and steam rooms are a must after a workout ...all is kept clean and and has checklists for cleaning everywhere to ensure all is done on schedule....only reason not 5 stars is that nowhere is 100% perfect......only small issues need looked at is paper towels dispensers always empty on many occasions and showers are too cold

The Yoga and Pilates classes are…
The Yoga and Pilates classes are amazing and Stephen is very knowledgeable about both. You feel very relaxed and at the same time you get a workout. The classes vary each time and Stephen offers a great variety of Yoga and Pilates and he caters for everyone from beginners to advanced. I thoroughly enjoy my time at the classes each week and would recommend them to everyone

Wonderful modern gym
Wonderful modern gym with substantial equipment.
All areas are clean and well kept, especially the changing rooms and showers. The sauna and steam rooms are a great touch.
The staff are so helpful and friendly.
