I love this gym all the staff are…
I love this gym all the staff are knowledgable and helpful, only a few gripes, one being having to inform staff that sanitation bin needs empty or that toilet roll needs refilled! Also quite disappointed about the fact that football colours are allowed to be worn within the gym, this has caused offence to myself many times.

Gym is great,helpfull staff
Gym is great,helpfull staff. Special mention to David,he is an excellent PT,brilliant attitude towards work,if he is not in class he is always doing something,making sure everything is ok,cleaning or tidying up the gym.He knows his job very well. Best member of staff.Would be brill if a couple of more machines would be brought in like for example lying leg curl for hamstrings. Sometimes the gym is quite dusty,but it has improved in the last few weeks. Benches lots of times full of sweat marks,it would be good if every member brought their own towel and cleaned after their workout as its not nice to clean after somebody. Thank you :)

Love the classes. Havent really made use of
The machines. Pilates and yoga is fantastic
(He know's his stuff). Luv david taking legs bums and tums, abs class on a Fri. Really feels though u get a good work out.
