I have recently joined this gym and i cant fault it at all. Its quite deceiving from outside as you might think its small but is massive inside and roomy enough too cover all aspects of training/exercise. I enjoy my gym sessions.😁💪

Joined after having not been to a gym for well over a year and a couple of friends go. First impression was how much I loved how spaced out it was and extremely clean.
The staff have been so welcoming and helpful! I’ve booked classes and enjoyed them all. Glad I switched to this gym after lockdown! Highly recommend

I joined Energie Fitness this week.
Mani and all staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The gym was very clean, well equipped and complied with all Covid rules.

Would award it more than 5 stars 🌟 Fantastic gym with an amazing team of staff who go that extra mile to make you feel welcome, makes such a difference when staff want to know all the members.

I was so nervous about going in, I had been to other gyms in the area and felt that you were being judge and made me feel ashamed of how I looked and felt about myself. That certainly wasn’t the case when I went to Énergie, they put me at ease and said it’s about you and no one else. Since going to the gym and the fantastic classes and having amazing PT sessions with Ami, I’ve not only gained confidence and have started to feel good about myself, and proud of achieving little goals that I set, I’ve also met some great new friend.

It’s not just a gym it’s a wee friendly community and can’t recommend it enough.

Great gym staff helpful and informative wide range of equipment and great classes

Brilliant Gym!!

I have been going to this gym since it first opened and my experience has always been positive. It's a great gym with fantastic staff who are always friendly and helpful. Since the start of the pandemic they have responded to the guidelines and the gym is spotless with regular cleaning and keeping us updated with any announcements that impact on the gym. During lockdown the motivation from the PTs has been outstanding. Ami's zoom classes and group kept people going and a few have said it has kept them sane throughout lockdown while working from home. Sarah's zoom classes have been great as well. Both PTs have tried to lift peoples spirits as well as encouraging everyone to maintain their fitness as well as mental wellbeing during lockdown. A big thank you to both Ami & Sarah! The gym classes are great and to accommodate everyone the gym has increased the classes and there is a variety that will suit everyone. All the instructor classes are fantastic... I would highly recommend this gym for people of all fitness levels. 5star+

Amazing spotless gym with a brilliant range of classes to suit all, top class equipment and also a fabulous team of PT’s to help you reach your fitness goals, I’ve trained with Ami for over a year now and she is just amazing couldn’t have got this far without her help anyone thinking of joining do it now will be the best decision you have ever made be part of the Énergie family

5 🌟 isn’t enough for this amazing place. By far the best gym I have ever been too. The guys have done absolutely everything to accommodate their members during lockdown and the reopening process. With the constant changes of restrictions they’ve always been on the ball, ensuring we had the best options for classes with the best instructors. The gym is so clean and you always see one of the staff wandering around the gym cleaning equipment etc. I’ve never felt worried or unsafe in the gym. All the staff are knowledgeable and supportive, everyone is so welcoming and it really feels like you’re part of a team. I can’t recommend this place enough 💜💜

Just love this gym & every member of staff about it , I’ve been going to the gym for about 2.5 years , joined énergie last summer & boom , realised I wasn’t training properly, since I’ve started with énergie, my mindset to fitness has soooo changed, staff are so helpful & encouraging, results in my own mind have changed because of positive encouragement because of these guys & girls. Love this gym staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable nothing is a bother to them and they are all great motivator the classes a great and varied and have been so lucky to enjoy the outdoor classes when they have been permitted made such a difference to mental abs physical health. now that gyms are finally open time for the hard graft all through this lockdown I have been part of ami zoom home health kick without it wouldn’t be where I am today! If anyone in the area is looking for a gym or change of gym this is the one to go to 💪🏻

What makes this gym is the staff. So helpful, motivating and supportive. I have never been one for the gym due to insecurities, but the instructors are all so enthusiastic that you forget all about that and can't help but push that little bit harder (special mention to Ami & Reece!).

If you want a gym that the staff are genuinely interested in helping you get fitter and reach your goals, then this is most definitely the one for you!

Ami is my amazing personal trainer in the gym, she’s so motivational, knowledgeable and helpful. The gym overall is a great place, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The gym is always clean and tidy. The environment is encouraging and fun to work out in.

The online offering hasn't been quite as good in recent months as it was previously. The lack of online offerings via the Dumbarton gym from the trainers has been poor compared to the classes some are doing on their own. Whilst the MK online classes have been alright, it was more motivating when it was the staff we knew.

Love it - great stuff good vibe in the club, loads of good people with quality banter

Everything is great in the gym good set up. Only things I would say can improve are hamstring curl machine is very difficult to get into if you have larger legs or poor flexibility (or both in my case). There are also no machines to work arms apart from the cables. Otherwise brilliant gym.

I started going to Energie Fitness in Dumbarton, as soon as the gyms reopened after the first lockdown in Scotland. I was made to feel very safe and the facility is always very clean with members of staff always on scene to enforce rules and social distancing measures! I have continued to use the gym 6 days a week and not once have I found a drop in standards! Love this gym and will keep going to it for the foreseeable! 10/10
