Great staff, great atmosphere, great gym
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always happy to offer advice when we're struggling with equipment or even just a friendly hello to brighten your day.
The gym is very well equipped, and with people of all ages and sizes theres no reason to feel self conscious. Honestly just such a good place to be with a great atmosphere

Excellent gym! The staff and trainers are friendly and extremely supportive. The gym has gone over and above in order to accommodate for COVID-19, including even setting up outdoor classes after the latest restrictions set by the government. Highly recommend

This is by far the best gym in the area! The staff and trainers are friendly, supportive and very welcoming. The gym cleanliness is excellent and go over above for COVID-19. The team have put great classes together and are very open listening to the members for feedback. This gym has changed my life and I am so thankful to be apart of a great gym.

Fantastic Gym
Fantastic Gym! Staff and instructors are so helpful and just amazing at what they do. Push you to achieve your goals and so approachable. Great variety of classes and gym equipment. Gym is immaculate, feels very safe re COVID. There are always staff members going round sanitising equipment. This gym is the best in the area by a long mile, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've been going to energie gym for almost a year now and am one stone lighter and feeling stronger and fitter than ever. For me this is amazing especially as I approach my 50th birthday!!
