The gym is clean today with lots of different types of equipment. It's open 24/7 and that is perfect because I work late at night so come after work. Membership is reasonably priced as well .

I have to wait days for a reply and I…
I have to wait days for a reply and I would like to go to the gym but I have so much anxiety and feel like I won’t get any help if I ask for it so I don’t bother going to the gym. I just get sent a workout plan but don’t know how to use the machines and when I’m trying to get an induction don’t get an answer and it’s hard trying to work things around my job

Highly recommend.
The staff are friendly and very supportive, especially when you are new to exercising or haven't been in a while. They will help you if you need some tips or how to use their machines. They have amazing classes. Highly recommend.

Good gym but could add more things and sort things out
The gym is good and has a lot to offer but the Abdominal machine is very uncomfortable. Also they have a boxing bag but they use to have more thing for boxing witch should be added again. Ik it’s a gym but it would be good because no of the overs have it plus boxers like to train in there so I think you should add some more. Upstairs they got so many running machine witch no one uses so they could get ride of some and create some more space to put different things in. But it’s a good gym and do recommend joining.

Great hours, plenty of equipment
The gym has friendly staff and ample equipment, but it would be helpful if people wiped down machines after use. My daughter and I make sure to do so.
