Ultimate gym experience for hardworking professionals
I was really worried about returning to the gym due to the pandemic. This gym has addressed all my concerns, it is spotlessly clean and this is kept up by dedicated staff and gym members. The staff are helpful, welcoming and provide support when needed. Could not ask for anything else a mature client basis who are respectful of each other, no machine hogging, all equipment put back when finished with, etc. Looked at five gyms before finding this one and so pleased I did.

Lovely atmosphere
Really nice gym with friendly staff and a good atmosphere.
Felt really safe with all the Covid measures in place and really happy with the booking system and being able to see how many people are in the gym before I come.

Good gym
The process of joining the gym and booking sessions is easy and hassle free. Staff at sight are approschable, friendly and helpful.
Site is medium size but adequate.
Equipment at the gym is satisfactory in variety but limited in numbers, which often results in some waiting to use some machines i.e. Only one (1) fly/reverse machine on site, only (1) rowing mschine on site.
Overall, a pleasant experience at gym, despite having to wait for specific machines sometimes.

I find the staff to be pretty friendly but I'd still like a little more space to do hiit training exercises without feeling I'm in somebody's way

Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Small place but cosy atmosphere and enough equipment. Sensible COVID precautions in place. I like the wide age range of customers. Good place to work out, no matter your age, size or shape. I like it.

Excellent gym!
Excellent facilities in this gym, literally have all the machines you need for any type of workout whether that be weighted or cardio. The machines are also brand new and they continuously clean these throughout the day which is great during covid times. Staff are friendly and helpful, this gym has a positive vibe to it! Highly recommend and great value for money! 😁

You probably know how important it is…
You probably know how important it is to warm up and train your abs!!! So the gym in Palmers Green is not equipped for this. There are only two abs places in the gym!!! I’ve been waiting for more than 45 minutes to be free!!! I often either lose my time or have to train without a warm-up, which causes me injuries. If you do not solve this problem, I and everyone I brought to you will look for another gym!!! Think about!!!

It is with great regret to hear that you are unsatisfied with the facilities that have been provided to you, we understand how important it is to warm up prior to your workouts. The reason for these issues with the warm-up areas being busy is due to the booking system we had to implement into our gyms following COVID protocol. We hope the removal of this system has allowed for more people to use these areas causing less frustration. If you have any suggestions for your club then please feel free to speak to a member of staff, they are always open to feedback. Hope this helped.
