Good overall gym with good equipment
Good overall gym with good equipment. Opened late on Friday last week as nobody turned up with keys in the morning so I couldn't train - but the manager called and apologised which was good.

Lovely clean gym. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Membership a good price for the high tech equipment they have.

So much more than a Gym.
If you want a gym that puts you at ease with friendly helpful staff, this is the gym for you. From first signing up in December to doors opening in April this year they have answered every question I’ve had & even called my daughter on her 16th birthday in January to wish her a happy birthday as she joined the gym at the same time as me. This was certainly a personal touch you wouldn’t get at any other gym. The gym itself is a great size. Equipment is evenly spaced out. I would highly recommend Energie fitness if your looking to better your fitness, meet new people & feel at ease when you walk through their doors.

Lovely staff, good range of equipment
Staff are lovely, good range of equipment.
Could definitely do with kettlebells, core bags and a small area to use for when classes are on in the yard.

The staff make it how it is!
The staff are so kind, helpful and accommodating which really matters to me. They know my name already which I think is important in building a rapport.
The gym is set out well. I LOVE the yard. Great space for my hiit/CrossFit workouts.
I haven’t marked it five at this stage, only because of the current covid situation where I think more attention could be on making sure members are cleaning and replenishing the wipes. If there is also any opportunity for extra equipment. I would like to see kettle bells and core balls.
Otherwise what a wonderful place to train and I’m so excited to be back.

Fantastic gym!
What Do I love about it? The yard is a super versatile area. The free weights area isn’t dominated by male meat heads, so as a woman I feel comfortable to workout in that section too. Great changing area and overall a well planned out gym.
I would have given 5 stars but there are still a few tiny teething issues to sort.

This is the gym I have been waiting for!
I absolutely love the new gym! Jimmy, Martin and Hayley have been so welcoming - always smiling and very helpful! The machines are just awesome - they even smell new! People seem to follow the guidelines and clean the equipment after being used and I also saw Martin going around and cleaning it to make sure everyone is safe. I only managed to go in twice this week because I have a small baby at home but I cannot wait to go there again!

Brilliant Gym! Fantastic staff!
I think the gym is absolutely great and the staff are really helpful. I am looking forward to spending more time here. For me, I would like to see a more focused approach on the current government guidelines of trying to get members to clean more and socially distance as well as possibly improving the volume and quality of music
