I like Energie Fitness!
It's a bright, clean, unpretentious gym where you can work out with no posers, pressure or overly loud music distracting you or giving you a migraine.
The staff are friendly & helpful without being intrusive, and assist with a smile if asked.
I would recommend TW Energie Fitness to anyone who is put off by the traditional beefcake/muscle head/poser gym scene and wants to get fit in a nice atmosphere.

I visited several gyms before deciding…
I visited several gyms before deciding energie was the best for me. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, always available to answer any questions and give advice. The gym is not overwhelming like others I went to, nice and bright, and cheerful. I went to some that were dark, made for body builders etc but this gym is not like that at all, very happy and happy attending several times a week.
The membership package is also great, value for money, all classes included too.
