Just recently joined energie fitness and I'm really impressed, the team are really enthusiastic and helpful you cant help but get the impression that they want you to get the benefit of being there. The equipment is good,well planned out and along with a great atmosphere it's about the best gym I've been too. For the price I don't think it can be beaten.

The team at energie are so upbeat and friendly. I felt welcomed from day 1, and enjoy going. There's a great mix of people who go, so it's not an intimidating gym. Really happy with my move to energie fitness!

Boxercise class with Terry is fantastic…
Boxercise class with Terry is fantastic and provides a good work out of the whole body. Other classes are very good and there is pretty much a class to suit everyone.
All staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming with no hard sale.
Offering a good range of equipment, the gym caters for all my needs.
