Great gym
Great gym , reasonably priced and tons of classes to chose from easily booked on the app .
Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Wish I’d joined years ago rather than over priced gyms for the same thing .

Friendly gym
Friendly gym, good staff and decent equipment, Its a little worrying that when things break it seems to take a while for things to get fixed and equipment doesn't get updated very regularly. The toilets and showers aren't the cleanest - it seems the cleaner who used to be there most mornings has gone and hasn't been replaced

Friendly, clean with great enthusiastic instructors and wide variety of classes. The staff make the gym fun and enjoyable and create a brilliant community feel with events always being planned outside of the gym. Classes are always reviewed and added if extra demand. Good range of gym equipment if want to work out in between classes also. I also love the fact the music is varied in classes and not just the same techno or tunes for all classes. We get to have a good singalong too 😁

Joined in January 2020. What an amazing gym, all staff extremely friendly and helpful. The members are also friendly and welcoming, no need to be nervous going to classes alone as everyone makes you feel included. I’m looking forward to the results by summer.

Best decision I ever made.........
I hand on my heart cannot highly recommend Énergie Fitness enough.
Everyone from Fran and her wonderful team to the members make going to the gym friendly and fun!
I love participating in all of the classes where you are encouraged to work the best that you can but at your own ability. There’s a really good wide range of classes and plenty of gym equipment to use. The staff are always more than happy to give you their time to help you.
There’s a Hugh social side too including charity fundraising, nights out, weekends away, dog walks etc....something for everyone. However if that’s not your thing, then there’s no pressure either!
Joining Énergie Fitness in Jan 18 was the best decision I’ve ever made!

Energie Fitness is a great local gym…
Energie Fitness is a great local gym with a good selection of classes and weights/training area.
The trainers are amazing, keeping you motivated throughout every workout.
All gym members are friendly and willing to help eachother, if needed.
Energie Fitness app and social media updates work perfectly. It's easy to use and follow, encourging you to achieve a fitness plan that suits every individuals goals.
