I signed up to the site through a link for £10 free play spent a day waiting for a reply only to have to send the link and prove I actually did so..so after all that got my £10 free play on book of Ra deluxe and much to my delight i won £60 on my second spin making it my 1st and biggest win to date BUT thanks to the greed of the site the waging requirements were in excess of £500 so thank you energy casino for lifting up and so expectly dashing my hopes it's stuff like that that ruins good old fun times. Deposited £25, no option to apply welcome bonus so assumed it would be applied. Opened a ticket to ask why there was no option to add bonus. Dealt with that then tried to just withdraw my money back out, was told that I had to wager my balance at least once so I gambled a bit, got up to £46.20 after wagering £30.80 in total. Was told I still had to wager more by the support staff which I knew was wrong. Been trying to withdraw for hours now, they are rejecting my documents every time I upload even though I have given a lot of personal information already and told them about the exact situation. If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would! This has been - by far - my worst experience using an online casino. Shame on you, hope this company doesn't SCAM anyone else like they have done to me.

I have had a good experience here. Great customer service, fast withdrawals... the best actually. I have never played an online casino that has speed of light withdrawal like this one. Welldone! Great games also. The ones I only find when I go to Frontier Inn :) The currency is confusing for me I wish ZAR could be introduced. All currencies should be introduced actually. I think the fact that its an online casino, it can be accessed by the whole world. So if its not banned on the specific country, their currency should be there. Requires photo id such as passport or driving licence to allow you to take part in any offers or promotions.
I opened a account with them today when I saw a no deposited £5 acca offer. Once I registered I spoke to a member of the support team about what I need to do to get the offer and they replied I need to send them a copy of my passport or driving license, i dont have a passport and I am disabled and don't drive so don't have a driving license they then said I can send a copy of my blue badge (blue badge is a thing the give to disabled drivers allowing them to park in disabled parking spaces) BUT I DONT DRIVE!
I have gambled for a long time and have accounts with most major bookmakers and never had this issue before.
They claim it's a security procedure but all other bookmakers are happy with a deposit via a debit or credit card to prove your identity but I wasn't given that option,
Also if you are storing very high level security details on your customers such as passport and driving license details then that raises severe security questions about your firms online security and honesty of staff as by anyone uploading that information is putting themselves at extremely high risk of fraud.
After feeling offended by your customer service I have asked for my account to be closed as I don't want to risk making a deposit and you refusing to pay out any winnings til I provide photo proof of who I am therefor stealing any winnings i make.
No other bookmaker has ever asked me for my photo I'd. I have accounts with most major bookmakers including William hill. Ladbrokes, coral, etc. And use them regularly without any issues.
