Had insulation worked carried on my house recently by energy pig stephen and dylan stu and Gordon done an incredible job and worked to a high standard couldn’t of asked for a better team of lads they left the place spotless at the end of ever day and done more than I expected top job well done boys

David H, visited property, was polite, cheerful and helpful.

Arash, the engineer,gave first class service. He was very helpful, answering my questions clearly and reprogramming the control.He was also very polite.

Very informative, and carried out surveys, with ease.
Both, Brian McFlynn and David Haggerty gave us and explained all the information, we required, to move forward.
I know that we needed the work done, but was put off, with the forcefullness of other companies. Felt as though we were being rushed and forced into having the work done by them. Overall, I am glad, we asked Energy Pig to start the ball rolling.

Wow. I waited until the job was finished to write this so as to give an honest total opinion and boy am I over the moon. I got a heat pump, 6 solar panels and internal wall insulation from energy pig and I didn’t pay a penny. Completely funded. Much to my disbelief :)).. this must be £40,000 worth of a makeover and I got it for free. As someone on low income as my son is disabled this has been a god send.. truly. The funding was a few months to get sorted, partly on my part too as I had to get bank statements etc, but once that was in place I had the full lot complete in 4 days. Blown away! My house is so warm again. And I can’t wait to see what I generate off the solar panels once the sun comes into full force! Everything works great, looks great, joiner was fab at boxing in pipework. Expected pipe work as I had electric heating before. Everything was hoovered up before they left and that’s me. All professional and polite too. I’ve a feeling energy pig will be carrying out more work in my streeet soon now neighbours see :)))

Had Gary L, attend today to check if I had a cavity for the wall insulation and he quickly determined we didn't and left any inspection areas looking good.

He also took the time to go through other possible options so the time was not wasted. Very pleasant and rang ahead of time before visiting.

In summary a very pleasant experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, did everything they asked for to get air source heating and solar. waited on them getting back to me but never did, so phoned them to be told I had not sent the information ( which I had still have the email ) then to be told a member of staff had missed it and suprise suprise they are no longer with the company

Everyone was very friendly and explained everything before work commenced. I was surprised at how quickly it had taken for them to complete the work. They all worked very hard and completed a great job. The staff in the office were also helpful as well.

Gary Low and Ian came promptly this morning and carried out the survey. Both professional, efficient, pleasant, patient and informative.
Much appreciated from someone much better informed as a result!

Survey carried out by Gary Low and Ian. The survey took a couple of hours and they were professional throughout.

Very good service and polite and friendly worker clean and tidy

Last month we had our night storage heating replaced with an ASHP and solar panel system. Energy Pig carried out the work to a very high standard taking only a day and a half to complete. The men worked solidly and left everything in a tidy state. The joiner made an excellent job of boxing in pipework in an awkward corner where coving had to be drilled through. Thank you all.

Gary Low and Ian were fab they were very thorough and so professional. Prompt on arrival and here for 4hours.
Friendly and easy to talk with. They worked away at ease and were happy to speak and answer any questions. They were very tidy and left no mess behind. They had lifted flooring unscrewed hatches and took lights down. Everything was replaced and left spotless. Would definitely reccomend them again.
