Energy Pig Heating & Insulation Funding Reviews 

Personally I am appalled at the lack of customer service & attitude towards customers from a ECO government granted company as well ranked as Energy Pig,

My elderly parents had applied to upgrade their heating back in July last year, after giving copies of personal documents it went silent from Energy Pig regarding the application until the end of October when they started receiving calls demanding more documents. The attitude and tone from these calls from Carole at Energy Pig was deeply disappointing.

Due to the constant harassment & lack of customer service or information provided to my parents we have cancelled their application for the upgrade.

I will not be recommending this company in the future as there seems to be a lack of training in the basic knowledge of customer service & manners.

Gary Low came to do a survey. Introduced himself,explained what he was going to do. Friendly,down to earth guy

Garry Low who is the surveyor when he arrived introduced himself and explained what he was here for, very polite when asking questions and explaining what might happen if the work would be carried out.

We arranged for Energy Pig to come to our property this morning to assess our home for insulation as part of the Government's scheme. We had a lovely and very professional guy called David H visit our home. Not only did he have a 2.5 hour trip to get to us, he was on time!! From the moment he stepped through our door, we felt extremely assured that David was super experienced. His knowledge and professionalism was so obvious from the outset. Furthermore, he was so polite, genuine, helpful, and explained everything so well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Energy Pig. Thank you David H

Gary Low came out to do a survey on my property. He did a complete survey from top to bottom and was very thorough. He kept me informed at every stage of what he was doing and why. He was very polite and respectful of my home, as well as very professional. He showed me all of the drawings and confirmed details with me, so I felt very informed about what was happening. He was also very patient and friendly with 3 small children and a dog running around!

Josh and the team were brilliant, the work carried out was explained in detail before hand and couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Over and above helped out by also doing extra work as old pipes were damaged. Josh also made it clear he was there to help out with any questions I’d have in the future.

Would definitely recommend energy pig to anyone.

Gary Low and jim visited to survey my home for heat pump, I was unable to proceed because of limitation of where boiler could go. However they were very pleasant and efficient giving me possibilities. Before they left Gary also gave me some helpful advice to make home as a warm as possible

Josh and his team who came to fit the heat pump, radiators and solar panels were a fantastic, knowledgeable and efficient team.
The standard of the work completed by the team was exceptional, considering the substandard flooring materials left by previous builders had made their job more difficult. Not only did they replace some of the flooring but made repairs to some areas.
Josh fully explained how the system works as well as good advice on servicing and aftercare.
The customer service we received from Energy pig has been exceptional and are always on hand and willing to take the time to answer your questions.
I would highly recommend Energy Pig to anyone who is deciding which company to install their heat pump and solar panels.

Had oil heating they installed ASHP new radiators throughout and solar panels.
Very quick and no hassle from the tradesmen. 2 and a half days for completion no disruption from start to finish excellent would recommend this company if you are thinking about changing your heat source/insulation.
Glad went ahead with the project.

They approached me direct at the doorstep. The deal they offered was unmissable as my oil heating had failed terminally. Took 5 months to complete surveys and paperwork docs etc. Instinct and their helpfulness kept my patience. System fitted in time for christmas and it works perfectly. Efficient, friendly and low disruption.

Had my survey carried out by Gary today within a day of enquiring about new heating. Gary was amazing from start to finish. Explained everything step by step of what he needed to carry out in the house. Answered all my questions I had. Gary makes you feel as ease straight away. Very friendly and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. Absolute star. Cannot wait for my heating to be installed now it will make such a difference to the house.

I had a survey carried out by Gary today. He was very efficient, thorough, professional, helpful and explained everything to me clearly.

I got airsource heating installed by energy pig at the start of the year. It was installed within a day and all carpets put back in place. All the workmen were really friendly and above all it has greatly enhanced the heat in my home and significantly reduced my energy bill.

I had a survey carried out today by surveyor Gary and heating engineers Jim and David. They put me at ease and went about their work professionally and efficiently and answered my questions knowledgeably and politely. Couldn’t fault their customer care.

Fantastic workmanship from start to finish under sometimes difficult conditions. Always polite and helpful. Everything explained in great detail at completion of the job. Thanks for everything guys. We would certainly recommend you to anyone considering installing an air source heat pump and solar panels.

Fantastic experience, fully managed by Neil Thompson who made the insulation and EPC upgrade of my rented place a breeze. Always kept me updated and dealt with all the paper work with the council. Couldnt recommend them enough and will use their services again if my flats qualify!

Had them round in April to look at getting loft and solid wall insulation. The survey took a lot longer than I expected, the surveyor was on site for almost 4 hours. This was difficult with working from home as he had a lot of questions and needed me to follow him around most the time. He then had to come back round a week later for an hour, again requiring more of my time.

Was told we would hear from the office with costs/next steps but never heard anything.

I contacted them via email in July, asking for an update and to point out we just wanted the loft insulation only (so should an easy job) to which I got a quick response saying they would look into it. 11 days past, nothing from them so I email again. Get a response saying David is on holiday but this would be prioritised when he got back. 10 days past, still nothing so emailed again but ignored now.

If you don't want the job, say so.

From the outset, David and Lizzie were excellent in advising and organising the installation of a new boiler and gas supply upgrade. The installation guys, Rob, Josh, Kenny and Bob and the electrician were great completing a very difficult gas upgrade and boiler instal. They worked tirelessly and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend Energy Pig to anyone.

I would recommend Energy pig all day long. The guys worked their buts off done a great job and left the place spotless. I'm very happy
