The price was great but the flowers often arrived brown or wilted. They frequently didn't last a week. I contacted customer service who was helpful and sent replacement bouquets but they were sent with the next shipment and were identical so I received 2 of the same bouquets at the same time.

I receive the bi-weekly flowers as a gift almost a year and a half ago. We continue to review beautiful flowers every time that are unique and so fresh. They last well over two weeks. Their customer service is also on point. I requested a change in one of the flower deliveries to be sent to my Grandmother when my uncle was sick and my Mom wasn't going to be home to receive her delivery. They couldn't stop the delivery though in time, but the owner went a head and sent a free bouquet to my Grandma's house the next week free of charge.
