Responsive, helpful, and incredible quality
Adam is super responsive, friendly, and helpful when making decisions on what to buy; and the product quality is just beyond any other oils you can find in the world. I haven't experienced a cleaner distillation than from Ensar. With the wide (and growing) range of options, there's something for everyone. It might seem expensive but I can honestly say that it's worth it! My nose has never experience such beauty. I will always be coming back for more.

I received the oils rhat I ordered and some gifts, which I am very thankful for at this time.
The pics were more expensive than previous purchases, but the quality was lacking. Not as strong as previous oils.
Hesitant to purchase again knowing that the quality has gone down, but prices have increased significantly.

Thanks for sharing. Can you tell us which oils you're referring to?
In terms of price we have oils like Cambodi Caramel which we're selling for the same price it sold for over a decade ago, 15 years to be exact. And there are also Organic ouds which sell for as little as $56 / g.
There are rare ouds whose value has increased, but they're the olfactory equivalent of a red diamond, or alexandrite, so rare and so unique that they can't be found anywhere else, regardless of subjective perceptions.
But I would love to hear which oils, specifically, you're referring to if you don't mind.

Purchased Oud Extraordinaire on July…
Purchased Oud Extraordinaire on July 11, 2025, delivered July 18, 2025. Expected 8–12+ hour longevity based on Ensar’s claims and reviews (e.g., Trustpilot, Kafkaesque). Sadly, it lasts under 2 hours on my skin with proper application (1–2 drops, no rubbing). Contacted Ensar Oud, but their response was dismissive, citing their no-return policy and my lack of experience with oud, without addressing the issue. The oil’s texture seems okay, but the performance suggests possible dilution or batch issues. Filing a claim with my payment provider. Disappointed, as I hoped for the quality Ensar is known for.
Do not waste your money with this cheap company.

There is a phenomenon called 'bottle shock' which may be playing part in your experience. The aroma molecules literally rearrange during high altitude transportation, and take some time to realign before you get the full spectrum of the scent profile. There are also other variables to consider such as ambient temperature, humidity, and even the way your skin interacts with oils. Another HUGE factor is whether or not you're familiar with natural aromatics. People that are used to synthetics will perceive natural aromatics to be 'light' and having poor performance, when really you simply haven't adjusted to the natural aroma.
The olfactory receptors renew every 40 days or so, so what I would recommend is to not give up on it, rather to approach it again and again training your nose to pickup on its nuances.
