Product is excellent, and your representative on the phone was great and responsive for such a small order. Her name I do not recall, I want to say Croche, but I don't think that is accurate. Something like that. I know when I get a good support, and she delivered. Hats off to her!

Great sewer cap! Works on thinner DWV pipe with adapter collar/bushing
These sewer caps are great! They are made to slip onto 4-inch schedule 40 PVC, which has a wider diameter than 4-inch DR35 drain/waste/vent pipe. If that's what you have, you'll need an adapter ring/collar. I got one for a few dollars from Lowes described as "Transition from Drain Waste Vent (DWV)/Schedule 40 (SCH40) fittings to Sewer and Drain (Sewer and Drain) pipe with the PVC Adapter Bushing," Item #24093 and Model #L2P42. I hope this helps the next person who needs to use one of these sewer caps on DWV pipe instead of schedule 40.

Being asked to review a product that we still haven't received/that still hasn't shipped. We received no updates from vendor until we asked (10 days after order was placed) indicating product was back-ordered for another 3-to-4 weeks.

Product great. Speed I. Delivery great. Only problem was it got shipped to an address 45 minute's away. To a guy with the last name of our company. Clearly a different shipping label was placed over the correct shipping label.probably the shipper did that. He opened the box. Found my phone # and called me. I picked it up & had lunch on the way home so it wasn't to bad.
