Please with the panels but have recently tried to contact them to sort a problem and it looks like the company has closed down. Wish I had taken the electricians number so I can deal direct.

I had Solar panels and battery storage installed by Enviroplanet a little over 2 weeks ago.
Mark was excellent, when he was here there was no high pressure selling and he took the time to answer the multitude of questions I had and advised on what would be a suitable solution for my needs, also giving a demo of the GivEnergy Cloud.
A very detailed quote was then sent over a day or so later. I also liked the fact that the company were a local business. The quote was competitive with another I had, I dare say it is possible to get cheaper using a large national company, but I liked the personal service, Mark also returned after the install to check on the installation and answer more of my questions!
The install itself was not without issues, a damaged battery meant a weeks delay, but that was outside of their control, some of the roof fittings were incorrect on the install day, but the company sourced the correct parts the same day and the roofers stayed late to ensure it was all completed. The electrical work was all done very neatly with the battery installed in a garage.
So far I have been very pleased with the results, with a good few days of sunshine it is working well, the export tariff has just been setup, so I should start to see some credit for the exported energy soon, at least while summer lasts!
Also special mention to Linda for handling changes I made, other issues that cropped up and further queries.

Enviroplanet are the natural choice for solar panels. Other companies I sought quotes from did not offer face to face personal service. It was a pleasure to meet Mark who went through all my questions and explained everything.
After I had accepted the quote, the process of installation followed quickly and was completed in a day which was brilliant.
Follow up help was given (I am partially sighted) in discovering the “Givenergy cloud” statistics showing the performance of my panels and battery.
I am so glad that, with help from Linda, I was set up on the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) so that I may receive payments for the excess energy sent to the grid.
Overall it was the personal service with fast responses to my queries that makes this company so easy to deal with. They are a fantastic team!

I can't compliment them enough, from the very first phone call, to the installation process, and then the quick after-install visit to make sure everything was in order.
At all stages I felt fully informed and from the initial call to the completed instailation, it only took a little over three weeks.

Mark is very knowledgeable, planned the solars very well to suit our buildings and the Team in the office are always there on hand to support us and help when required.

I bought a bungalow that had solar panels fitted, but weren't working. Mark from Enviroplanet came promptly after we called. We discussed what was needed and how to improve on the current set up. A very pleasant conversation. Within a week, engineers Ashley and Zac came to do the work and they too were pleasant, thorough and efficient. Also good is that they all helped after they were paid, with getting the solar panels their mcs certification. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I look forward to free electricity for ever. Result!

After reading a advert in a local magazine advertising
batteries. We phoned the company and spoke to Mark made an appointment got the quote and within weeks we had the battery installed along with a new Inverter.The Company Helped with getting it on our PC and mobile phone
this helped us to track the use of power in the battery.
Any Questions answered from Mark if we needed help..So good we are now having new Panels!

Attentive and personalised service overcoming difficulties with parts supply at the time due to the legacy of the covid lock down. The installation delivered was ompletely in accordance with what had been specified and quoted. As such anyone wishing to use Enviroplanet can have confidence in getting what they paid for. The main element of the installation was carried out in 2022.

After ordering our system - solar panels, battery etc - the whole installation was up and running within 2 weeks. We have had exceptional service from Mark who was our first contact as the salesman and everyone in the company. The office staff are friendly and efficient, George the roofer and Ashley’s team of electricians similarly courteous and tidy workers.
Mark has shown us how to manage the system to maximum benefit and will be our ongoing contact for any future questions or assistance.

After having solar panels and batteries with this company, we've now had a heat pump installed. Yet again, fantastic service from Mark and his team. Very professional and kept us well informed from our initial quote to the install. Every question was answered no matter how small or stupid the question was. The installers Jordan and Ellis were a fab team, knew exactly what they were doing and explained how to use our new ASHP before leaving and even contacting us the following day to see if we had any issues. The whole experience was painless and I'd definitely recommend this company.

We recently had Enviroplanet install solar panels and battery storage at our property. Mark was very helpful in explaining and answered all our questions and George who fitted the panels along with Ashley who did all the electrical work to connect the panels were polite and helpful. Went to Enviroplanet after being recommended, had my full survey with listening to my needs for my family home. Have decided on a heat pump with cylinder and radiator changes and they will organise the £7500 towards the system with boiler upgrade scheme. Looking forward to be installed and to date the customer service is excellent

What a fantastic company from discussing with Mark the possibility of adding extra panels to my previous installation on the 2nd of Aug to me accepting the proposal on the 17th (me being slow not them). to installation on the 30th Aug. One failed to respond and the other two were very close in terms of price and quote detail. But Mark from Enviroplanet oozed confidence and was a fountain of information providing details on things I had not thought of. Having decided to fit solar panels and contacted three companies we chose Enviroplanet because
- Mark Harvey. Clear knowledge and ticked every box offering us products that would work for us. All his recommendations have resulted in a great system
- The Office. Efficiently, friendly, helpful staff. Prompt quote and excellent communication. 15 days from Mark's initial visit to using solar power to generate electricity in our home.
- The system installation. Delightful roofers and electricians who visited the property beforehand to assess the task. Hard-working, competent and friendly. Pleased to have a local electrician used on the project.
- The system. Nothing to compare it with but friends who have systems fitted by other companies have admired our Enviroplanet set up. Early days but very happy so far.
