Amazing service and amazing helpful delivery service

Yusuf is very kind, friendly and helpful. He has helped us with our choices of dining table, chairs and sideboard. Prices, quality and variety means we would recommend and keep returning, even though we don't live that close.

Recently purchased the most comfortable recliner ever. After looking for a while was shown a sofa by Yusuf. Beautiful material at an amazing price. After buying got told it would be 2-4weeks delivery but arrived within the week. Will definitely shop here again

We bought the large Phoenix Grey Ceramic Marble dining table. It looks amazing. It is reassuringly heavy and solid. Will need 2 strong people to maneouvre and lift once legs have been attached. Assembly not difficult though. Stunning looks and reflective finish. Sleek gliding mechanism to extend. A fantastic price for a table of this quality. Great customer service from Yusuf who assisted us throughout the purchasing process.

We visited the showroom and were completely left alone by Yousaf : Faisal to take our time and visualize our choices.

(We were dreading being followed by the in-store sales team but were left to gander & browse in private!!)

Delivery was on time and they even assembled both the dining table and cupboard for us free of charge.

Products we bought are the highest quality with like for like over double the price.

Choice is amazing and most of the furniture can be personalized.

We visited Enzio Designs last year and purchased a electric heater, bespoke corner sofa, a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa too. Yusuf was very helpful from the minute we walked into the shop and the customer service and the knowledge Yusuf had made us buy the products. The quality of everything we brought was fantastic and prices were reasonable compared to other places we looked at. I will be buying more products from Enzio and would recommend this place to others. The fitter Tony was excellent too and very patient. Thank you Yusuf, Faisal and Tony for making all the purchasing stress free.

I went to enzio designs on the recommendation from my mum and dad after they had bought a new suite from enzio.
I went to see yusuf about getting myself a new suite and l was politely greeted by him asking me if l was ok and having a nice day.
Right from the off,Yusuf was very helpful,showing me all the different designs and colours..nothing that l asked him was to much and there where piles of books with different designs being shown to me,in the end l ended up choosing exactly the same suite as my mum and dad had purrchased from enzio a few months back.
The suite is well made,good quality and really comfy.
The customer service from start to finish from Yusuf was great and l would definately recommend enzio designs to anyone looking for a new suite or home furnishings.

Purchased a sofa and chair from Enzio in April. Excellent Quaility and very good value for money.
You have a very good choice of Colour,size and style to choose from.
Yusuf is very helpful and he has the time to give you any advice you require.
Enzio is the Furniture Store I always return to for any items of furniture l need for my home.
I would definitely recommend enzio to anybody.

I visited the store during the Christmas holidays and wanted to buy a dining table,Yusuf showed me all the available tables, he was very knowledgeable about the products on display and helped me to select a table, I paid a small deposit for the store to hold the table till I was ready for the delivery.
I went back to the store in April to pay the balance and arrange the delivery but I saw another new table on display which was perfect for needs, Yusuf was happy to change my order and he arranged for the delivery for the next available date. The table was delivered and assembled by the driver.
I was very pleased with the whole experience of buying from the store.
