I bought a pair of shoes from the online store. They were late in arriving. When they arrived I used them for ten days and with light use they started to peel off on the outside and the soles started to come off. Tragic quality. I sent them a message for a return and they replied (like everyone else from what I saw in other reviews) that they don't accept them. Scammers with fake products. Stay away

Hi,I placed an order about a pair of "Hoka Kaha 2 Frost", by my mistake I place it twice!! I tried to cancel one of the orders but epapoutsia.gr had a very slow response due to canceletion and I finally received 2 pairs of shoes!! I asked to return one pair and have a refund!! I send it back and after few weeks they send me back my money!!!
I am happy!! I have a great original pair of shoes and my money back!!!

I have bought 2-3 times from epappoutsia.gr and products were ok so i kept them. Last time, i bought a pair of shoes, the size was too small so i had to return them and ask for money return. Also i want to mention that the box was tottaly destroyed (GABOR brand)! I returned them and send photos of box so they should know that the box was destroyed and they answered me that it is not their fault, it is the courier's handling...but they have chosen the courier company! Anyway, my return was delivered to them on 23/01/2026, i found that out after conducting on chat. I asked them when they would return me the money and answered that they will first send me a delivery confirmation and then they will start the refund procedure...it is the second day today and they have not sent me email! Moreover, they sent me an email to rate the shoes...shoes that they have received back! After my recent contact to them, they told me that i will receive a return confiarmation until 06/02/2026...from 23/01 they received the product, they will confirm until 06/02/2026! Just to delat the refund...Everything works as along as you do not have to return the delivery! If you return, and they gave to refund they dealy the whole procedure! I will never shop from epappoutsia and also let my friends know! Be careful with that eshop!

I ordered these shoes and they were essentially given to me as a gift. I have had them for no more than one and a half to two weeks, and I would like to express my complaint, as I find it unacceptable that after such a short period of time the soles of the shoes have completely come off from the bottom, rendering the shoes completely unusable.
We paid €80.00 for these shoes, and they are from the Guess brand, which is considered a reputable and high-quality brand. Despite this, after such a short time, the soles have completely detached.
I have already encouraged all my friends and acquaintances never to shop from your website, as I showed them photos of the condition of the shoes. Considering the amount of money I paid, the situation is truly unacceptable.

Marginally crap!
They take no responsibility for paid orders that are not delivered to customers. their call center is answered by a bot with terrible Greek (you didn't even get one article—it takes effort to say), and when they connect you to a representative, you wish you hadn't been connected!
I should have received my package yesterday, but no one informed me that it had been lost and my order, WHICH I PAID FOR, had been returned!
My package contains a suitcase that I need for an upcoming trip abroad (in 2 days), so they've left me without a suitcase!
The representative's reasoning was that the courier company is responsible, but of course that would be the reasoning of a company that does not take responsibility, an incompetent company with no policy or principles!
The easy and totally cowardly way to blame another company that I don't know why the customer should care if you as a company work with the wrong partners! Guess what? That's your problem, not the end user's!
Come on, let's learn the basics, amateurs!
P.S. I still haven't received any official response from the company epappoutsia, and I haven't been refunded a single euro of my money, which they happily took, and of course the system worked perfectly there. Coincidence?

They reply shamelessly to all the complaints claiming that all is fine and dandy, when what they should be doing is fix their customer service and overall way of conducting business.
Customers didn't go crazy collectively: they are reporting serious problems they're facing because they trusted your business. You get the same complaints from everyone. That should have clued you in. We pay money to buy from you. You should treat that with more respect than the poor excuses you are spouting here. As customers who foolishly chose your business to buy from, we face a nonexistent return and after-sales service. That is stressful and frustrating to say the least. No one should face the stress you're putting your customers through.
Here is my initial review:
"I asked for a return, but the courier never contacted me. I tried to contact epapoutsia, but my first email went unanswered, while my second was answered only when i managed to call them (I had to ask AI for a number since there wasn't a telephone number in sight anywhere). I didn't get a specific answer when I finally managed to speak to an actual person (not a bot who didn't help at all) and 10 days after I asked for a return, I still wasn't contacted by anyone.
The call center didn't answer at all on my second attempt. I wonder how this site is still working."

Nonexistent Customer Service & Difficult Returns
Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% certain about the model and size you want. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent.
My recent experience returning a pair of shoes included:
Four emails to customer service — all left unanswered.
Two phone calls dropped after holding for over 45 minutes each.
Switching delivery companies twice for the return — first because ACS wasn’t responding to my calls.
When I finally reached someone, they insisted I change delivery company again (to Tahydromiki).
To make matters worse, they still applied their 30-day return window despite the delays being entirely due to their unresponsiveness — which goes against their obligations as an online seller.
Bottom line: Avoid unless you’re prepared for a frustrating, time-consuming process if you need to return anything.
PS upon posting my review, epapoutsia.gr had the gall to claim that I only contacted them 32 days after registering the return online. I filed a return 29th June 2025 (Ref: 3995558696). My first follow up email was sent 2th Jul 2025, followed by a reminder 4th Jul 2025. Both of these were left unanswered followed by two more since. COMPLETELY SHAMELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACTS.

Awful customer service! I have been trying for 2 days to reach them because I want to return the crocs they sent me. The site can’t find my order ( 930002680832) it says I have no order history. So I must talk to them about this problem on how to return the shoes. I emailed them but they didn’t reply. I called five times, I was on hold for over a hour each time and then they would hang up! I am very disappointed! I need someone from them to contact me ASAP please! If not I will report you to the state consumers' protection.

I had received a parcel 23 May 2025. With order number 930002515370. I had ordered 3 shoes and I received 2! One side of the box was open. It was not sealed. The company told me it was a camera issue and they need 1-2 business days to see what is in the box and what is not. I was getting calls every day and being told doctrines. After 2 weeks they told me that well they had gotten into the duckshoes and that they were correct. The company I placed the order with said they have spoken to you about getting a refund. They have had me for 1 month making me a ball about who will take responsibility. Acs told me they don't take over because the products have to be intact which they are not! Since I paid for them , I have used them! The company said they have contacted Acs and they will take over that compensation.I called Acs and they said that to settle the issue I need to talk to the company. Again I call the company and they say they have told Acs to accept to make compensation. What? I call the company again , I speak to Mr. Constantine Poulioy. He tells me to take legal action as I want because a decision has been made that they are not taking the compensation. Rude! It is customer service and the solution is to complain, and take legal action, I was robbed of 40 €! The worst in a company, the worst in service!
