I am trying to return shoes. I have update that order has been delivered when I click link from order update but when I go to return button they say no product has been ordered. Have tried to email several times giving order number and shipment. No reply!!! Very frustrating

I order shoes WEEKS ago and i am STILL waiting! They NEVER answer the mails or the phone!
UPDATE after the answer: Yes I did, and yes I did. But it's been over 2 weeks, the parcel is stucked somewhere on the other site of the city and EITHER the carrier's customer service is answering the phone, NOR YOUR customer service. The only reaction I got from you guys, was after leaving a negative review here. You should be ashamed!
And by the way.... just by dropping the full responsibility to the carrier doesn't mean you are in anyway out of the equation anyway! It took you 2 weeks to send the parcel anyway!

After almost 3 weeks I received them,to see that it was an enormous shoe,that was no41 but fit to my husband that is wearing 43,5.
I asked for a change because the only thing wrong was the number,and told me that this could not happen.I have to send them back,give me back my money after 14 days that they receive them,and then order again.So,I have to wait almost 1,5 month to have my shoes that I need for work,because they do not do changes.First time in a store that is happening this

More than 2 weeks ago I paid 69 Euros for a pair of sandals. I haven't got the sandals, and can't get contact to the firm.
I will contact my bank which transferred the money, and also notify the police. AND no stars at all!!

Completetly dissatisfied! I ordered two pair of shoes, the order was delayed without any information, but thats the least. The one pair had small flaws , I could not find any human being to inform about this problem, after many days and many emails and chatbot -chats they refused to replace it, the proposed solution was to sent the shoes back!! The size of the second pair was bigger , I wanted to scale down, again the solution was to sent the shoes back and rebuy them (only with the initial price , without the disscount!) I sent both pairs back, I find this shop unbelievable, I don't recomment it and I will never buy anything from them again. I hope I get my money back!!!

I sent a complain form through their website but they declined to refund, only to send them back but I can't find them anywhere else so I will keep a fake pair of shoes.
Won't buy again from them

I ordered to pairs of shoes on 24 of December and they arrived on 4th of January. They claim that they deliver in 2-5 business days but that was more. I returned both packages the same day. It is 21 of January and it was supposed to get back my money after 14 days but I haven’t received any money and when I contact them on chat because that’s their only way of communication they say I don’t know and I don’t know. They are not trustworthy and the service is disappointing.

I made order 1 week ago. Paid 270 euro! But by some technical miracle on their end there is NO order in my private cabinet on their web page.
I dont have even number of order, I dont have tracking information , NOTHING!!!!
I contacted them , waited reply almost a week, and they gave me FAKE tracking number! Which is not working in my country!
They keep asking questions about details I already provided in first mail. Now they are ignoring my mails!
They are cheaters and I will report them! I have proof of payment from bank and proof of fake tracking number. So they will explain their online scam to the police.

After returning a pair of slippers ( small size ) of an order of total amount of 200,00 euro ( Ralph Lauren loafers ) on 24/10/24 and had no communication until the 02/11/24 where i had to send them a message through the official site. On the 04/11/24 i have finally received an e-mail saying the have just received the parcel on that day, and 2 days later I was charged the expenses for the deposit 4,00 euro for receiving back the amount of 47,92 euro, which is actual 43,92.

I made an order 2 days ago and I still have not received confirmation of my order except for my receipts from payu in my email. Can’t reach customer service through the phone as they only have online chat.

Ordered something didn’t get all of it. There was a bag with a small bag inside paid €111 the bag came half only one bag came not the small one inside. They didn’t do anything they didn’t help me at all I returned the bag and I haven’t had my money yet. I don’t know if I’m ever gonna get them do not buy from this site it’s a scam..
My review only depends on the experience i had with them on the after sales part of my purchase. About ten days ago i made a purchase that reached my local courier point on time but i was unable to receive because of some medical issues that keep me in bed. So i call the costumer service line in order for them to ask the courier company to hold the package for an extra couple of days. The only and standard answer i got no matter how hard i tried to convince the agent was that their company resides outside of my country therefore making them unable to communicate with their outside partners ➖which is ridiculous➖ and that when i placed the order i agreed to some hypothetical terms ➖probably the terms that you agree on every online purchase you make. Only thing they could do for me was to accept the package back and send a refund. I don’t know if the problem had to do specifically with the agent who assisted me who barely spoke the language or with the company itself who clearly can not provide a descent customer service or agents who are willing and able to do their jobs. It was my second and last purchase from epapoutsia and i don’t recommend them at all.
I've never had any problem with any of my orders, I've been ordering regularly lately and I am very happy with the service. Products arrive in great condition in one week and the quality is amazing. I will continue ordering as I am a very pleased customer.
I buy products from this site since 2020. I was always satisfied from delivery, payment, returns e.t.c. I was very disappointed from my 2 previous orders. Delays, not sending transportation number (my shoes were in the courier center from December 23rd an I took them at January 8th and that because I had to send them mails, chatting with bots for days). AND A BONUS none of these shoes fitted me! DON'T USE THEIR SIZE GUIDE, ORDER YOUR REGULAR SHOE NUMBER. I figured that the purpose is to rebuy the product you want but without the previous discount because "hey we didn"t send you the track number HO HO HO! "

It doesn't even seem in the couriers (ACS) tracking many days after my order. Of course, that specific courier never answer the phone or my e-mail.
